I got my bicycle serviced today. The experience was utterly disappointing. I opted for Gold Service and paid Rs.1,500/- for getting my bicycle serviced with the promise that the bicycle would work like a new one. For gold service the cycle is first dismantled fully, degreased, cleaned and then assembled, greased and oiled. But when I got my bike back it was not even properly washed. The maintenance staff was not even ready to listen what I am saying and simply kept repeating it is properly done. Even the store manager took a test ride and round that brakes are not properly serviced but the maintenance guy still kept saying it is properly done. Post this experience i thought of checking the cost of same service with shall time local shop. To my surprise he said it will cost me only Rs.450/- and that too he said he will do all the job in my presence so no question of he he really totally dismantelled my cycle or not. In my view I wasted my Rs.1,500/- and learnt a lesson that I should not go to this shop again to service my cycle and for that matter anything related to my bike.

Don't buy any product from this Store. Had very bad experience after buying 2nd cycle from it even by paying additional amount for first year service as their passport scheme. First time in 2015 it was good and even service was good. During second cycle which had bought in Jan 22 had very bad experience. Servicing is only for nameseck & the make sure additional charges had been put every time. Store was good in past now with increasing customers hope they are now paying attention to service properly. Hope it will improve in coming future. Today one of staff had even badly behaved with my friend who had gone to colllect his son's cycle today after servicing who had bought from same store recently.

Terrible After sales service , overcharging for spare parts. I hd bought a Kawasaki MTB from them. I had to get the original Kenda tyre replaced twice. The mechanic is also a fraudster like the other staff. They gave a 1 year warranty on the tyre the 2nd time I purchased from them. But within a span of 6 months , the tyre burst again. When I took it to a local shop, the guy removed both the tyre tube to check . What followed was shocking. I was given a used Tyre tube but charged for a new one by Ryder Cycles ( Taaha- Sales person). Do not go fall for the fake commitment.

I went to replace the tube of my cycle Tyre...the MRP on the tube was Rs 200 but I was charged Rs 350 .....on being questioned the staff informed me that it is their standard rate and as per their policy....a mark up of 75% on cost was shocking..... this is loot....better to go to any other shop than visit Ryder cycle....their claim of 24 free services in one year is also false.... they charged me additional 500 Rs for servicing but not even a single spare parts were serviced...the brake nut and bolt came out immediately after servicing... pathetic service

A great experience I just bought a cycle of Rodio brand n the the staff over there is just amazing like the way of talking n explaining everything...although I was late there closing time got exceed n prior I called them up like I'll b late 15 20mins so they agreed n they were literally waiting...the response I got is truly great...also they have great variety at resonable price...also they offer u good complementary....I would definitely recommend this RYDER CYCLES SHOP to buy a cycle for ur kid...truly happy

Purchased cycle last month on 13th April, looking for 01st service. As it was suggested to get it done within a month time. Now the shop is completely closed even phone number is switched off. I am not happy when it comes to post service experience, as we can understand that shop is not operating in current situation but we always have the option of connecting via phone. Now my kid is facing issues with balancing wheels which is not properly fixed at the time of purchase.

Costly bike sold with no Service. Please don't fool youself by going here. The so called owner told me that they will provide Service but now once after a week every screw started coming out they said that they can't provide Service at my place. It will take Rs 50 one way auto. So if i need to fix couple of screws i need to spend rs 100. They are the joke. I am not stopping here , going to consumer forum as well. Theae types of cheaters should be punished.

Awesome shop and got best deal, better than I can get from Decathlon. Got good quality bycycle with disc break, shock absorber, and 24 gears. Also got complimentry accessories and a year of free service. It's a great shop with great deals waiting for you. Do visit before you make purchase from Decathlon. Bought the cycle from Ryder Thane. Intially we were confused wether we should buy cycle from decathlon or Ryder cycle. But after meeting Viruj lal call him Guru ji and other people from that shop guided us properly. He showed up multiple options. Correct pricing and genuine product. Showroom has good brands of cycle. You can surely buy from them.

Pretty cool variety of cycles!!! Today we bought an electric cycle...the staff were very cooperative and informative. Though we didn't get any discount on the cycle but the purchase was worth it. Ok collection of cycles for kids and adults. Most of the brands are not having good quality. It is advisable to check and compare the products before buying. Working staff is good and professional. Establishment is located on the ground and first floor. Electric bikes are also available at the establishment.

Pathetic experience with this dealer. Please never ever go to this shop.They somehow sell you bicycle with promise of 2 year free servicing but in the name of servicing they just put oil in chain that's it!! The worst customer service. Went there to enquire about roadie cycles. The guy at the counter was not even bothered to answer. On insisting he answered in one word saying "Nahi hai" in a least bothered tone. Didn't care what I was exactly looking for, etc. I quite like his arrogance in these times!!

Very good place to get branded cycle as well, The service technician Birju is an assets for them, I would request Mr. Ayan owner of Ryder cycle to look into the spare issue for the branded cycle which is one of the major issue in my opinion i have always faced this issue with them.

Bought but feel it's very expensive, and they make a lot of add ons like pump, Bell stand etc which they say as free during discussion but it's all charged in final bill, means cost of bicycle is almost 2500-3000 lesser than in final bill and rest 25 % is of all these accessories.

Excellent experience at rider cycles. We could find many varieties with reasonable rate. Each and. Every customer were getting attended by the attendant. The attendant was very quick, smart and knowledgeable. He gave best offers and suggested good cycle as per our budget.

We bought bicycle from here 4 years ago. We had good experience then. But now when we had gone for a repair the staff seemed to be absolutely not bothered not concerned not interested. Parts available looked just like roadside repairwala. All were expensive
