Moe the securirty guard has kindly made me a delicious dinner. Butter Chicken was so good and mouth watering. I really appreciate the kind gesture of the coffee at the end too my favourite caramel latte!! it was also made to perfection!!. I have never met such a kind genuine person. I have have been staying at Bankstown Rydges since 1994 for work. I have found the staff to be very helpful courteous and friendly. The hotel is a very clean and has a great restaurant with plenty of options for dinning. Brooke and Betty are always available to help with any problems or requirements that the guests may need. Mo the security guard is a beautiful person and one of the friendliest person I know. He is always happy and readily available for any of or needs on the night shift. Mo also makes the best coffee. Thank you for looking after us when we are away from our home and family.

We were stuck in the middle of the night, because the place we booked gave us the wrong code, so we were unable to enter there. With no vacancies in any hotel because they were all "fully booked". When we called this hotel thankfully Mr. Muhammad picked up the call. The only reason we managed to secure a room and some sleep, was because of him. I'm very happy with his service:)

Heyyyy! Just had the most amazing stay at this hotel with my friends! The service was absolutely beautiful. The house cleaner did an incredible job keeping our rooms spotless, and the receptionist was so friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Needing to book an additional room for my kids, this hotel was affordable but moreover perfectly located, and clean. Arriving early from overseas we were able to drop our luggage at the hotel, go for breakfast while they prepared our rooms for an early check in, that level of cooperation is much appreciated. The hotel staff are friendly and attentive, was a pleasure to meet Tash and Mohammed who made our five day stay enjoyable.

A beautiful vibe. Really good location. Really Comfortable beds. A big shout out to Moe the security guy. We came back at 12:30am and needed a pick me up. He makes the BEST hot chocolate ever!!! This is a must stay. Take the time to pop in even if it’s for a drink!

We booked and paid for 2 rooms, the friday before christmas. Next day positive to covid. So we cancelled the booking. No refund or future credit. They keep all our booking money. $320 They were not booked out. I will find it difficult to make any future bookings at such hotel. We in future will take our chances. It seems like theft when no service is provided. BEWARE of this chain.

Just be ready to Uber/taxi around as it's quite a distance from public transport to the city. Also worth paying to be on the pool side, or gettting a room on a higher floor as the traffic is quite loud.
