We have tried to telephone Ryno time and time again in regard to new policies with no response. We have recieved the same email from 5 different names requesting the same information, which has been given. And still get asked again and again for this same information. I believe most of the Ryno service is automated. I have emailed complaints and the response I received stated "Thanks for Joining Ryno"..... We have not and will not be joining Ryno. No telephone communication, or lack there of, is worrying. If we were to have to make a claim it would be impossible to follow through the process as we cannot reach anyone. Let alone trying to get signed up was our first sign of BEWARE!!!! Very disappointed considering the reviews were quite high. Don't believe everything you read!!!!

I imported a car provided the inspection report and agreed on a value which was close to market value and replacement cost, as the car had not arrived the policy wasn't going to be in place until it did. When the car arrived and they sent through the policy the value was half of what was originally agreed upon, not even close to vehicle worth. They went back on the original agreement and stated that the vehicle would now only be insured for half the amount as there would be a financial gain to myself if something happened to the vehicle. Plenty of examples of vehicles not in half the condition of mine being sold for $30k nore than our original agreed value. Very dissapointing that they changed their agreement and didn't tell me, i was lucky enough to spot the change myself.

I was put onto Ryno through a close friend of mine when it came time to insure my vehicles. I called and spoke with Olivia and Lewis on seperate occasions and I can confirm that the level of service, knowledge assistance and advice on 2 seperate occasions at different times can only be said was far superior than I've received from the "standard" insurance companies. Both staff in my opinion went above and beyond and as every insurance policy I have comes up for renewal I know where my first and only call will be going to... Ryno.. Appreciate your time guys and your guidance has been exceptional.

I found dealing with Ryno Insurance an absolute pleasure. Both Anton & Louis were not only very professional, but exceptionally polite, nothing was a bother when phoning and asking questions. It is a refreshing change to receive old fashion service and be able to speak directly with a person not a computer, and have them treat you with respect. Im a new customer , really difficult to get a return reply on a call or email , sent multiple requests to edit my policy and answer some basic questions as a new customer . just generic reply of phone message to leave a message . i have edited this , as Will called me back, with a solid apology has been unwell , however the business should look at alternative measures to manage enquiries, as i had no idea if my car was correctly insured for 10 period , not something can be left to chance .
