I've visited here today the service was slow but very understandable as these serviceman and servicewoman read through every document not like other stations, these guys are thorough so if you looking to take chances this is not the place u seen them turn people away trying to take chances with IDs and accident reports . I was assisted by Captain T J Mazibuko and he was very friendly and helpful and has this station under his control and you can see it and feel it when you enter he is respected by his peers it shows. I trust he will climb ranks very quickly in the SAPS . Thank you Captain Mazibuko . Remember Google is the best thing since Bread Bread came sliced. As far as Local Area Commands go this establishment is the Crème de la Crème. For starters you don't even need to organise your own transport. They will pick you up from anywhere in the Durban Area. Sometimes, as in my case, they even pick you up from your own bed and bring you back and it's all free of charge. Sgt Sithole is an absolute star and made check in a breeze, she was even kind enough to issue me with a complementary late check out. Will definitely be back.

Pleasantly surprised.. After seeing the original reviews we thought we were going to have a bad time. The police officers were pretty helpful with assisting us to get a case number for an attempted car theft. I recommend going at around 9pm on a week night.. Don't go during work hours.

Can not get a hold of any one tryed for over an hour , iether the online number is not correct or the post is not being looked after or the service is just below standard and no one really gives a dam. Try SAB management plan ; we would have the best police services in the world:)

I've been trying to call for over half an hour and the phone has not been answered but goes to a voice note saying the requested number is not available, please try again later. This is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE and a complete joke.

My gun license was stolen 2 years ago. I have applied for a new one. I have been to the police station 6 time and no one knows anything about my license Just don’t know what to do.

Recieved really great service from constable dube(commissioner of oaths department), very helpful. Give that man a promotion, you need more officers like that

The Police Station is big and very bussy and cluster station. Security well organized and have seen complaints attended, they get all attention they deserve
