They are professional, allow me to communicate directly with the porter who is assigned to me and they are always willing to help. I used this service to assist my 79 year old mom who didn't speak any English. Caroline, the person they assigned to my mom, went above and beyond to help my mom with her limited mobility and her immigration process as non-English speaker. The airline (Air Canada) assistance is subpar and unreliable. I am really happy this service was available and would use it again.

The service was good and the personal were courteous. However, extra charges for luggage was not reasonable. Each overseas passenger has always two pieces of luggage obviously.
