If there's an option to give a negative(-) star rating, i would gladly give it a million times. 1. An incident happen at PD2 parking, the only option to make a report is through a phone call(?). 2. An employee will do the report himself and pass to SCP management but without jotting down any information on the incident. Based on what is the report going to be? Will they be any report at all? 3. There's no cctv in the parking lot, and a gazillion cctv were installed in PD1 management office? As a customer, i'm very frustrated on how the management handle on reporting of incident. 4. As a customer who pays monthly passes, and SCP still charge on any late payment, yet the management didnt have any courtesy to consider the safety of their customer. Regards, A frustrated customer.

I wish I could give a no star review. This is probably the worst parking service out there. Absolutely incompetent and inefficient. Given the severe rising of COVID-19 cases in today's times, the company shows absolutely no change of the way things are done in order to help in the move to curb cases and to protect their own staff. All this falls on the shoulders of a simple refund of deposit which apparently requires the moon and the sky to do a simple bank transfer instead of heading out to their parking office to collect a cheque. Given modern solutions of the internet, I do not understand why such dated methods are still persistently used in times like this. Furthermore, contact service staff are incredibly unprofessional and unhelpful.

I terminated my monthly parking on 31st Jan 2022. I follow up via email on their website regarding the refund. They got back to me confirming that the refund processing time is at least 2 months and via cheque. I got a call from their office on early March 2022 to say that my cheque is ready. Had to go collect at the SCP basement office, and need bring the green receipt/letter that they provided you when you return back the transponder. Overall, to get back the RM200 deposit requires a lot of work and need wait so long. To make things worse, they refund your money by cheque. I see most comments/reviews still havent gotten their refund back. My advise, please email them instead of calling, and dont give up on getting your own money back.

Worse carpark management ever!!! Employee at the carpark customer service informed that we will not be charged for the next month if we want to terminate the parking pass as long as we return the device before the 6th day of the month. After proceeded with the termination, they deduct your deposit and only refund a small portion back to you, with the excuse (the device was returned late for 2 days). If you question the carpark customer service, they say have to refer to HQ for refund matters. When you call HQ they will deny everything and say have to follow company policy. Makes me wonder how many customers have fallen victim to this!! WORSE PARKING MANAGEMENT.

I will give negative star if it's available!!!!!!!! Very BAD car park management service. The Level B3 in Empire Damansara is occupied with many abandon cars. Some of the abandon cars smell bad as garbage or food trash inside. It has passed more than 3years before MCO and the authority charge higher and higher without doing any jobs. The reason given for increasing parking fee is because the government increase the minimum salary so they also need to increase the charge. No worker in the office during office hour other than one foreign worker who doesn't understand what I complaint.

Think twice before renting an office space here. I got stuck in the underground carpark 3 times and they were really slow to respond or they ask me to ask the security guards which is dumb. Also, the workers are just rude, lazy and when something happens, accuse people cause their lazy days got interrupted. Also, they tend to close the automatic barricade at an inconsistent time and also close one barricade saying it's technical reason but actually it was for other dumb reason which now causes a massive jam exiting Phileo Damansara.

If one star review was applicable I would give it just that. Cancelled my parking since April. It is now July. Approx. 3 months and have yet to receive my deposit. Have been following up previously and they have always said the next month. Been calling today and no one has answered. They also said that they would give the deposit back via cheque and it's honestly ridiculous since it's is MCO and travelling is not allowed. A simple bank transfer would make both parties lives easier.

I really disappointment with your parking service at season garden residences at wangsa maju . Staffs simply sitting . I trying to get enter for 20mins . Season card not working . No calls answer . No emergency call reapond . I enter with tng card then i go scp office. Staffs simply sitting. I saw cctv . They not bother . MANAGEMENT NEED TO CONSIDER MY REVIEW AND ASK YOUR STAFF TO WORK FOR THEIR SALARY !!!

Very management team from SCP Parking Empire Damansara. 1. Takes more than 2 months to process deposit refund. 2. No respond to email. 3. Unprofessional attitude from the team. Additional comments: At B3 carpark at Soho 2 Empire Damansara, it is filled with abandoned cars, after a year there, still no actions taken. Also the really run down and dark atmosphere really puts people off.

If i have to rate .i rate it zero star most annoying parking place with only u can reload the parking your touch and go only during office hour .monday till friday parking is pay buy hour the full day park can go up to rm 20 . Season pass are rm 200 is cheap but if u late pay lets say on saturday u pay your card can be use once the hq is open is not user friendly.please improve

Very disappointed with the service SCP Paring at Megan Avenue 1 Jln Ampang. Steal my monthly deposit just for 3 hours parking. I write an email to them to consider it, I rather pay my parking fee which was less than RM 10, instead they burned my deposit of RM 200. Think twice before using their service. Better park at other parking spaces. Saya TIDAK mengHALALkan wang tersebut.

Bumper laluan motor menyakitkan hati. Apalah motif bua smpai mcmtu.. Senang pecah cover bwh motor.. Nk parking motor plak kena byr rm1, rm1 pun nak pakai touch n go.. Tahu tak susahnya nak bwk motor keluar semula bila touch n go habis kredit. Sebelum ni dah elok sgt dah sbb boleh pakai duit. Akan jd bermasalah bila penunggang kehabisan kredit touch n go.

GREAT. No response from SCP parking about refund. Same experience as below. You have to chase. Update : managed to arrange a friend to collect cheque at previous condo parking management. Cheque dated July. Email received from SCP 10th August after weekly call reminders. This day and age, what a tedious run around process. Changed from 1star to 2 star

WORST ever CARPARK MANAGEMENT company. Giving excuses to increase pricing using government as reason for increasing salary which has got totally nothing to do with increasing the price at all!! Such nonsense and keep blocking entrance even though already paid! Cant even achieve negative rating!

Terrible calling customer service experience. The person who in the call very impatient and rude attitude to me The phone call was unstable and some noisy sound I can’t heard properly I need him repeat and mention that I can’t hear clearly He start to yell and scold me in very rude.

Called Mgmt but they refused to switch on more lights (currently only 20% is switched on during MCO under Basement 1) when essential services are allowed to work. Ridiculous - do you see the Govt switching off lights on the road or traffic lights - we are talking about safety here.

I've terminated my card since 3 September 2021 @ 3 towers. been visiting the basement counter every 2 weeks. they advise to call customer service, called no pick up, emailed no reply. truly dissapointed on the service. harlow? i dont know how much time u need to process a cheque.

The lift to carpark in phileo Damansara 1 is closed every day after 7/730pm which is very unsafe for ladies. We are forced to walk down by the narrow staircase. Please improve and be more considerate
