The first thing that stood out was the warm and friendly greeting I received from Kharra upon entering the store. She was not only professional and knowledgeable but also genuinely eager to assist me. She patiently listened to my needs and provided insightful recommendations, going above and beyond to ensure I found the perfect outfit. The entire transaction was seamless, and I felt valued as a customer throughout. I wholeheartedly recommend Kharra to anyone in need of an outfit . I bought a dress from sheike merrylands about 10 days ago, and honestly Kharra & i’m not sure what her name was she was a blonde lady their customer service was absolutely amazing !!! As i walked in Kharra approached me with a smile asked me what i was interested in and held the clothes for me as i was choosing what i wanted to try on and she was so so helpful! We had a good chat about retail and she just has immaculate knowledge and great communication skills! The blonde lady assisted me with my purchase and was also lovely.

The management is phenomenal, you see me there everyday so i'm your regular customer. I have not put a step in parra store ever since you guys have opened your new store. Walked in 15 mins before closing my sister had asked the lady for any flowy dress and was told "like we're closed I just mopped the floor". They werent closed considering the doors were open, I understand it's annoying when a customer comes last minute but we weren't trying on, just purchasing. And next time, to prevent getting sued, you might want to add wet floor signs over your wet floor. Especially when youre going to mop outside the shop, thanks for the dirty look when I slipped!

The blond lady behind the counter was super rude I walked in and ask her about the dresses on the pic she rudely said go to Parra No hi no how are you even before it she was gossiping with the other girl and didn’t take notice of any customers never again I literally hate that store now the cloth are super 18000 century anyways I shop at fashion nova they are amazing

A couple of months ago I purchased a dress with the help from mikayla for a wedding I recently attended and it was perfect! She really was spot on, on what suited me and what not which was very delightful as that is not common these days. Loved the service she even welcomed me and it made me feel very comfortable through this shopping experience xx

I always get a great welcome by all the Merrylands staff. I'm there once a week and never experienced any unprofessional or rude customer service. I have also made returns there and again never experienced any hesitation or awkwardness like at some other Sheike stores.

AMAZING customer service. Was served by Mardi (Im so sorry, am not sure how to spell her name) and she was INCREDIBLE. Made me feel really comfortable and looked after. Was a really fun shopping experience. Best customer service I've ever received.

I recently went there to buy a dress for Christmas and i was greeted by Sameerah. She is very polite , gentle and knowledgeable . She helped me find a perfect fit for me and would recommend her and the store to everyone!
