My front door key snapped off in the lock coming home after a Saturday night out. I spent the night on a friends sofa and started phoning 24 hour locksmiths at a reasonable hour the next morning. However...soon found out that not many 24 hour locksmiths work on a Sunday! After phoning what seemed to be every locksmith in SE London I was beginning to lose hope until I was referred to Si who was working and who, true to his word, arrived at my house within 25 minutes of me phoning him. He was very friendly and very efficient and got me back in my house within 10 minutes and clutching 2 new keys. Very reasonable price too considering it was a Sunday. I can't recommend him enough.

I was very impressed by Si's approach to what turned out to be a tricky and challenging job: picking a five-lever lock that was missing a key, and fitting a new one onto the door. The lock was stubborn and difficult to break, but Si persevered until the job was done. He worked to a very high standard, without causing any damage to the door itself. He was friendly and good-humoured throughout, even though it was clearly a frustrating task. Si is professional, hard-working and reliable. He responded quickly to my initial request, arrived early and charged as per the original quote, even though the job took longer than anticipated. I would definitely recommend him.

I got in touch with Si based on all the great feedback. I needed a handle on a window replacing, which I discovered late at night,not a big job, we spoke quickly and efficiently by text before speaking properly the next day. Si called back first thing, arranged me into his schedule, checked in at the end of his previous job, arrived when he said and was done in half an hour tops. His pricing is clear, he stocked the part I needed, had a solution if he hadn’t got the part, was fast, friendly, tidy, and had a card reader. I would be happy to use him again if I needed to, definitely gets a recommendation for others.

Si the locksmith changed our front door lock and cut us several sets of keys. He gave advice on locks for our UPVC windows and doors, as a few of the windows and one of our doors had become problematic. He came out at very short notice and was polite and professional.
