I took the advice from the lady on the phone and pre booked 36 hours ahead of time. The booking from Yeadon to Leeds went really well at 16:30, I learnt why later! The pre booked ride back booked for 22:45 didnt go so well to say the least. In fact nobody booked it and the taxi wasnt even dispatched from Yeadon until 22:54. We got picked up at 23:20 after standing in the rain outside Leeds arena since 22:20. It seems that it is a matter of luck as to if and when a driver decides to take the job. No pre booking at all. Now forgive me if I am a bit old fashioned but when I made the booking and the company excepted it, we had an agreement. For the avoidance of doubt the agreement was basically, we are the customer, we pay you and you do what you say you will. If the driver we had hadnt taken the job then in theory we could still be stood outside Leeds Arena today. This totally inept way of doing business on behalf of SJK really took the shine off a great trip and a very expensive night. Very "disappointed"NB: adjective sad or displeased because someone or something has failed to fulfil one's hopes or expectations.

Driver was an absolute idiot ... an old asian man nearly on his 50s (thats why i decided to dont be rude )... when I called the company asked how much roughly will be the fair and they said that will be around 13 pound.. So I Cashed out 15 so I could pay him !!! The guy came and insisted that he wanted 20 pound advance because "he doesn't know me". Is this normal ? Had to waste about 5 minute discussing with the driver until I had to told him that wherever the meter stops att 15 he can drop me. (Not very pleaseent after 9 hour shift ) Gave him actually 16 pound 20 as I had some change. We reach my destination and the counter was saying 12. 80 When I asked for my change back he said doesn't matter how much I gave him ,,,that I told him that I was giving him 16 so he had the audacity to tip himself 20p Some taxy drivers really frustrated, need to understand that people who use your cab they don't need to adapt to your mood or your wathever mental health you going thru or joke you wanna make. Bad

I called the number for the office which I found on Google. Got through to them pretty quick, the receptionist asked for the two postcodes of where I wish to be picked up and dropped off. I was able to book a taxi without any problems and also made payment over the phone using my card as I had no cash. I was given details of the car picking us up and when the driver was outside I got a call to be notified. I could not find the driver, a few minutes later he called and in no time we were in the taxi. Thank you for the service.

Pre booked a minibus to take us to & from pudsey to Leeds & Bradford perfect going but coming home a nightmare took them 45 minutes to turn up in the red hot heat with 2 small grandchildren. we had been up early said there were coming in 10 minutes after phoning them them 4 times the operator said he had gone to fill his minibus with diesel and not told them which was a lie & put the phone down on us when the driver turned up 45 minutes late he hadn’t been told about the journey till last minute

Booked through Uber local taxi we wanted to give our money to local firms. We had given up on SKJ a long time ago because they always let us down but thought it was time to revisit. Driver rang to say he had arrived but had not and gone to the wrong address he blamed it on the Uber App. Not the app at all it was correct. I tried to discuss this with him but he put phone down on me. Utterly rubbish service yet again.

Great company but the App is terrible. Very poor design. Keeps going in circles, enters incorrect information contrary to what is entered such as destination address and pick up time and then won’t accept Apple Pay pre payment. Called to pre book and told I can only call when I need a cab and may not be one available or may be a wait. Also advised that other customers had the same problems with the App.

We have recently started to use SJK. To date, we have been totally satisfied. We even went on a weekend trip to Lyrham St Anne's...door to door. So comfortable and just a fraction more than the train to Blackpool then a taxi to Lytham and then the journey in reverse. Used them again yesterday, even though it was snowing they were there on time and so helpful too.

When I visit ‘Wharfdale View’ I always use SJK Hire to drive me back to Leeds Station. The drivers are, without fail, always on time and are very pleasant and courteous. Indeed, I’ve have many lovely interesting conversations with them. Top marks SJK, thank you for always getting me to the station in time, and see you again soon.

My taxi driver arrived promptly & was pleasant & chatty (he would have been quiet if i hadn’t wanted to talk). He explained why we taking a particular route (because of M62 being closed) & we arrived at Manchester Airport in good time. A great service & would def recommend. The driver was punctual and professional. He drove me to my destination only for us to find it closed as I was a day early. He gave me time to double check my dates and drove me straight back home. I was grateful He drove me to the door and didn't drop me off in the village or else I may have had to walk back home.

Great service from SJK as the train I was catching from Guiseley to Leeds was cancelled and I had another train to catch in Leeds. SJK had a taxi out to me in about fives mins of my call and I managed to catch my train in Leeds. Could not have expected any better service and the taxi driver was very friendly.

The taxi driver who turned up was not friendly. He also kept asking where to go and which road to take. Hard to believe this person employed by SJK. Will be looking elsewhere next time whereas I’ve been pretty loyal to SJK in the past.

Easy to order. There was a 20min wait but taxi was there in 15mins. Friendly driver, message when taxi had been dispatched with the reg of the car and a phonecall when taking there. Cheaper than most I was quoted on. I would use again.
