Luckily I stayed because i ran into the manager Jose. I told him about the situation and he did everything possible to make the experience better. He gave me credit and was able to contact his boss about it. He did everything possible. The most important thing was that he apologized. Thank you Jose I came back because owner replied to this review and told me i can get credited for a wash and dry. Lady came up to me and started yelling at me about the review and i did not get my credit. The lady kept yelling at me and did not want to give me credit. I will not recommend people to come here. This place does not follow the time they open or the time they close. Today is Sunday 9:05am. Their sign says they open at 8:30a and doors are still chained and locked. On web it also says their time of open and close. The lady never follows the hours. I had other instances where the lady closes 1 hour before the actual closing time. I asked her why she does and seemed like she just doesn't care. This is my last time coming here.

I enjoy this laundromat and live near by. Clean quiet as it should be. News or a game show would be nice instead of music and blaring into my ears but that hasn’t happened in a while. I did do laundry not long ago, I use the larger machines and spread my laundry all across for the ultimate clean. Though one day I washed and I came home my laundry wasn’t clean and only smelt good from downy. I was disappointed and wondering if the machines needs a service and routine cleaning of the inside. Also staff could use a brush to wash the soap dispenser more frequently I hate how there’s extra soap especially the powder kind left in the dispenser above the washer. I fear my clothes will bleach one day or something because of the lack of attention. I tried looking for a email to express my concerns to improve the quality of life for guest. Overall 7/10! This place is dope.

Inside and outside of machines are always dirty. I'm afraid my clothes will get bleached or faint front the detergent left inside the dispenser. Place is dirty everytime I come here. There is no worker on site ever to assist me or other clients with our problems. Place does not have a restroom while the one across the street does but you have to be a customer to use it. Homeless. Place across the street always has someone there to assist it's called Williams laundrymat. I've had occasions where the machine didn't work and I was not able to get my refund back.

I had the worse experience here luckily I found people to help me . there’s no attendant here . I didn’t know what to do . my dollar bills didn’t work some people didn’t speak English .very inconvenient .I came with quarters that you cant use . the back door is locked and it’s unsafe in case of fire or emergency we cannot get out quickly ! Think about that ! the card system is terrible and not easy to use on the dryers either AT ALL I don’t recommend coming here PEOPLE

I liked this place. Clean, not crowded, friendly staff, and a restroom. All brand newequipment, but big. The smallest washer holds 2 or 3 loads, and then there's bigger, and then really huge.They use a card system, so don't bring your quarters. You need folding money for the card machine. And, it can get pretty expensive if you're not prepared for those really big loads.

This is a well kept and clean place with new washer and dryer the guy at the desk is very helpful at helping you get started I recommend this place …

I give a five starts but they should change their open time.. It says opens at 9:00 am and here it is 9:30 and still not open
