From getting to the location to leaving, I had a fantastic and well informed/relaxed time. Natalie is an absolute natural at what she does. She has a wonderful, deep passion for all skin types and knows her stuff in regards to what facial and facial products work for each skin type. As this was my first facial, I registered to do a simple cleansing facial. Natalie was so kind to ask me if I had any plans as she believed that I needed an acne facial treatment but knew the effects of what would happen after the treatment as I had my birthday event happening that same day. She understands pores and what exactly is needed for each layer of skin we all have. Natalie offered water before and after the session as well as a very detailed questionnaire that really gets you talking about yourself as well as your skin experience growing up to where you are currently. Not only will I be back but I plan to do many of my facials with her in the future as well as referring as many people as I can. Her place is absolutely clean and she is very punctual as my appointment was completed at the time that she stated it would be and I didn't have to wait to meet with her. As for the actual facial itself, it was such a relaxing experience that I recalled myself snoring and had Natalie confirm that fact lol. I cannot wait to go back and do an acne facial next as I have enlarged pores that definitely need to be handled with care. Lastly, Natalie has a wonderful facial selection of products that deal with various skin types for great prices. She uses them in the facial as well so you get to experience what the products actually do before purchase. Long story short, book as many facials with her as your skin will never be the same.

I recently had my first service done which was a Brazilian wax and honestly .. I’ve been waxing for 6 years and this experience was my absolute BEST one yet. I don’t know where you have been all of my life but now I can no longer go anywhere else. Nathalie is super sweet and made sure that I felt comfortable from the very start. I will share a little background story.. When I arrived to my appointment, unfortunately it was a Friday night which meant the parking lot would be full.. I was disappointed at first because my cousin referred her and I heard nothing but great things.. so I was willing to leave and reschedule for the following Saturday morning .. Right when I was about to leave Nathalie called me and she actually moved her car out of her parking space and parked on the street and let me park in her parking space.. I was sooo grateful for this because she didn’t have to go the extra mile but she did and I really appreciate that. This showed me how much she actually cares for her clients. The place was very well kept and I felt very welcomed. She actually took the time to get to know me before she started waxing unlike other places .. by the time I was ready, I already felt like I had known her all my life. TMI but I haven’t had a wax in 7 months.. and I didn’t feel the pain that I usually would feel during sessions that I had from the place I usually go to. My skin felt so fresh and clean and she made sure to leave me feeling super smooth.. very sanitary and I’m someone with really bad ocd but I felt awesome the entire time. I already know this review will sound extra dramatic, but I can't help myself because I have never been this happy and satisfied after a wax. I got a Brazilian and full leg wax at Skin City Spa a few hours ago and, honestly, I couldn't wait to come home to write a review. Natalie is the most skilled, gentle, attentive, thorough and, as an extra massive cherry on top of the cake, genuine and kind specialist I have ever been to (and I say this with great confidence, because I've been to about 30+ aestheticians over the span of about 15 years, in search of that one that I call my own). I came to Natalie in early 2021 as I had come to have an acne issue, mainly on my cheeks. The moment I came to my first appointment she was very warm, welcoming and had an overall positive and fun attitude. We talked about the current acne issue and evaluated my skin first prior to coming up with a plan to resolve the issue. We proceeded to do a combination of lunch time peels and microdermabrasion in which I noticed a significant difference after the treatments. My skin is now smoother, breakouts are under control and pigmentation has lightened. A combination of the perfect skincare routine which she also helped me create and her amazing treatments, technique and gentle touch made a significant difference in a few months to the point where I've been recieveing many compliments on the skin. I decided to embark on a new adventure and joined the fitness world by doing fitness competitions. Part of that process requires you to get competition level spray tanning. Let me start by saying this was the best wax I ever got, not only is Natalie’s extremely pleasant, she’s so welcoming. I was so nervous to do a Brazilian wax because my past experiences have been really painful. I am so happy with the pedicure Natalie did and even though I am super late writing a comment it is actually good because I can say that one month later my feet and the nail polish still look amazing !!! I am really impressed (And I did hit my toes a lot of times here and there lol, #clumsy the nail polish did not come off, it's amazing). The massage was great as well!! She even let me put Netflix on even though we ended up talking a lot because she listens and cares a lot and that matters a lot to me. She's a sweetheart. I had a full skin analysis done by Natalie who is nothing but thorough when it comes to helping you understand your skin and the best way to take care of it. Im an executive professional who deals with a lot of stress, not enough time to effectively take care of my skin. Natalie gave me simple easy methods to take care of my skin. I had an enzyme peel which did some serious miracle work. I had dead skin removed prior to the peel. My skin went from looking dry, dull, dark to bright, soft and glowing!!!! Playing sports most of my life I had been to chiropractors and Massage therapists to cure all aches and pains that would occur while playing golf. i went to get my first wax with Natalie and she did a great job at explaining the process and products that will help, she made me feel comfortable even though i was very nervous. she even let me put a movie on netflix and we watched and laughed together, it was great time. the wax did hurt but the comfort of knowing i could stop whenever i wanted and being asked if i’m okay really helped the process.

I was a little nervous to go in after seeing the location was home based. I am glad I went in though because it was a great experience. The set up was professional and comfortable. She did a great job with the facial, especially the extractions. You can tell she takes pride in what she does. I would go here again!

Natalie is hands down the best wax specialist I have been to. Have been consistent with her for over a year now. I never get ingrowns, her space is very clean, I have never seen her double dip with the wax. Her customer service is amazing too. She’s very quick & her wax is definitely quality.
