I started interacting with Mufaddal via FB Messenger and decided to go see their showroom in person with my wife. He was super knowledgeable, not pushy, and just educated us on the differences of Electric Power Wheels that they offered. They took the time to answer all my questions and concerns. Like if the vehicle would fit through by side gate at home. They quickly got a measuring tape and calmed my concerns. He shared his opinion and was extra friendly. We wanted to try out another place right down the street before we invested $600+ for a toy car. When we went to the second place they had the same vehicle but it was literally priced $799 & $699 of course they offered to sell it to me at $699, then when I didn’t like their color selection they dropped it to $600. As I was leaving they got me back in and offered it at $650. But because I was educated on the basic model vs upgrades that SMS offered, I knew it wasn’t a great deal. I needed up returning back to SMS. He and the rest of the staff continued to serve us well, educating us even more on how to pair the remote, taught me how to use the touch screen pad on the vehicle and more. Overall it was a delightful experience and I would highly recommend them. I had researched online as well and he seemed to have the best prices especially for what I was getting. I can’t wait for my kids to enjoy their new vehicle that will be much quieter with the rubber/foam wheels. That was what I was looking for ultimately and they delivered exceptional customer service. It was worth the 45 minute drive! Be mindful that there is a $50 assembly fee but it is worth it if you can fit it in your vehicle.

They are rude. I asked about an item to make sure it was in stock before driving 30 minutes to buy it. I confirmed 3 times and was told it was in stock. I offered to pay for it before heading there and was ignored. I arrived and they said they were sold out. They tried to sell me something more expensive and actually said that if I was smart enough I would know that they can’t hold anything without a deposit. Who talks to their customers like that? I run two businesses and would NEVER treat a customer like that. I have screenshots of the where I confirmed and where I offered to pay for it in full . Save your money, ended up going to STARZ WIRELESS up the street on Harry Hines and they were super friendly, ended up buying a more expensive item but wasn’t about to give these people my business. They can’t deny it when I have the screenshots and recording of when I was in store since I was on a phone call.

Aftr searching 4 over a mth I went 2hrs away 2 get the best deal 4 my $ my grandson's 3wheeler Mr.Mufaddal was patient and he didn't try to push a more expensive bike onto me.He allowed my grandson to try ever one he wanted and even placed him on everyone his self.He placed it in the truck so he wouldn't know I purchased it.My grandson left . I wish I had 4 hands so I could give him 4 thumbs up 4 service and unbeatable prices. Well worth the drive.And my grandson will be happy 4 X-Mas.And will come again

Went this week to SMS to purchase an electric ride on car for my little one. There was a lot of cars to choose from, he even assembled it for me and loaded it up in my car. They are all reasonably priced and good quality. My little one doesn’t ever want to get out of it. The remote control for the parent to control is a bonus! The store has many other things like karaoke machines, AirPods, phone cases, tablets, speakers, and so much more! I will continue going back to do business with them! Thank you!

Very friendly , answered all our questions , and was very patient as we looked for the perfect power wheel for my son , it was hard choosing because we loved them all but finally decided on an orange Lamborghini . Best decision/ birthday gift for him ever ! Been wanting to buy a power wheel for my 3yr old as he loves spinning the steering wheel on the truck so figured he would love this. Started looking on fb and noticed SMS had plenty of options so went ahead and met them today and glad to say I purchased one there. Was able to work within my range and and even tho i spent a little more, at-least my kiddo will be able to use it till he is at-least 8 yr old. Great staff and and fair prices so don’t hesitate to come on in.

The owner is great! Super helpful and seems to be honest about his products. We got our son a 2 seater ride on Jeep! My husband installed it and put it together and took him about an hour but they also offer to install it for you. My son loves his jeep and has been riding it everyday since we bought it! The best thing about it is that it brings a remote control so if you have smaller kids you can actually ride them around the neighborhood with the remote control!!

I had a really great experience here purchasing the ride on cars for my nieces birthday! The owners are very nice, they gave me an amazing deal, were very friendly and knowledgeable, and helped put the cars in my truck bed for me along with the remote setup for the vehicles I bought. 12/10 A+++ service and they were especially precautious about covid-19 safety for their customers and they were wearing masks / offered hand sanitizer! I will definitely be back!

It seems everyone I meet these days is unhappy. Shopping in this store made me feel happy. The owners are so friendly and helpful. Lots of cool products. Best service ever!!! They’re so friendly and ready to help. Very attentive. I went in just a few hours before my nephews big party looking for a power wheel car. && that’s exactly what I got. They even Assembled the car and made sure I understood all the settings and features on the car before leaving the store. They have definitely gained a forever customer.

I bought a 3 wheeler for my son in Aug 2020 and it works GREAT. There was a small tear in the seat and a rod missing which is no fault of this business and today 12-11-20 I went to purchase another one and I mentioned what happen with the 1st bike and Abbas the owner gave me a discount! Thats just GREAT customer service and I HIGHLY recommend shopping here!

Had no idea about this store. Went there today and got an awesome party speaker for a great deal! Everyone else was charging way too much but this place had reasonable deals! They are manipulative, they manipulate you to buy and end up not giving you a refund or exchange policy. They don’t tell you about no refund policy until you return it which shows and proves they are not a good company.
