This place is also known as snow world . Thera are statues in it like Chhota Bheem , bear , and deers also we have a lot of fun here . We loved this place . We recently visited Snow City and unfortunately, the experience left much to be desired, failing to justify the price of the ticket. Upon arrival, it became apparent that the venue resembled more of a cold storage facility with loud music, rather than an engaging entertainment venue. The lack of activities and absence of a host to guide visitors through the experience further detracted from the overall value. One of the prominent drawbacks encountered during our visit was the handling of costumes by the management. The staff responsible for costumes exhibited an unprofessional attitude and failed to provide appropriate sizes for kids. Their dismissive response, suggesting visitors make do with whatever was available, showcased a lack of attention to detail and customer service, leaving a dissatisfying impression. Furthermore, the absence of proper ventilation proved to be a significant issue as the number of people within the venue exceeded 70-80. As a result, the atmosphere became increasingly suffocating, compromising not only the overall experience but also raising concerns for the safety and well-being of the visitors. While Snow City did offer a temporary escape from the scorching heat of Delhi, we firmly believe that the overall experience falls short of justifying the ticket price. Its appeal may primarily be limited to individuals who have never visited snow-clad hill stations before. Taking into consideration the lack of activities, unprofessional management, and inadequate ventilation, we suggest that a more reasonable price for this experience would be no more than Rs. 200. In conclusion, our visit to Snow City proved to be disappointing, failing to deliver an experience commensurate with the price of the ticket. With minimal activities, unprofessional management, and insufficient ventilation, it fell short of our expectations. We hope that the management takes these concerns into consideration and makes necessary improvements to enhance the overall experience for future visitors.

I recently visited Snow City and I must say that it was a complete waste of money. The ticket price they charge is simply not worth it. Firstly, there were absolutely no activities to engage in. I expected to find snow slides, snowfall showers, and other fun attractions, but to my disappointment, there was nothing of the sort. It was just like a cold warehouse. What made matters worse was the behavior of the staff. They were incredibly rude and unprofessional. There was shortage of jackets, shoes and gloves and It felt as though they couldn't care less about the visitors' experience. They lacked basic courtesy and failed to provide any assistance or guidance throughout the visit. It's disheartening to encounter such apathetic and unwelcoming staff in a place that is supposed to be a source of enjoyment. Considering the lack of activities and the poor conduct of the staff, I strongly advise against visiting Snow City. Save your money and seek out better alternatives. This place is a disappointment, and I would not recommend it to anyone.

hii guys so here I am with new place .let me tell you this place is in rithala metro walk here you get many many adventures in one place like trampoline park ,adventure island and snow city. So I visited tomorrow here and the ticket price is 500 rs .once you go inside the snow city they give you a jacket with boots there's no charge and then one person takes your pictures with tour family or with your soul mate then you entered in a room where you see and feel lots of coldness but one thing which I noticed here there are no rides or enjoyment things and that time I was thought that my money is waste .one slide is available and nothing here .So this is my review for this place hope it's useful for you .. According to price it is too amazing I love the view. Very small in size. It's a very cold place in the name of " Fun Activity". One slide with only 2-3 snow tube & that too in bad condition & there is one bridge. That's it. Shoes are of very thin material which can not protect you from cold & they were wet from inside too. Changing area outside was very hot & humid. They should provide AC in that area. They have UPI facility but insists on cash only. Overall it wasn't good.

To be very frank it was not that good as it shown in reviews and photo. You will hardly spend 30 minutes there. Within 30 minutes you will start getting bored. Ticket for adults is 500 on weekdays and 600 on Saturdays. It's very cold here . They give jackets and shoes to each one . There are lockers to keep stuffs but charge for them. Nyc place for cold place lovers but not many activities to enjoy.
