Dear Sol Customer Service Team, I want to thank Jennifer and Daniel for going the extra mile with us. Daniel, your attention to detail was invaluable in helping us make our final decision regarding Homeowner's Insurance. Your efforts were not un noticed. We need more agents such as yourselves in South Florida. Unfortunately, at this time we have decided to go with an alternate policy at another agency. The policy we chose is more cost effective and has much less risk of being cancelled than the policy from Lexington in Boston. The harsh reality is we can't afford to get cancelled. As Daniel pointed out getting cancelled would essentially prevent us from consequently getting "ANY" Homeowners insurance in South Florida. We can not risk that. I don't think anyone should. We truly appreciate your honesty. The whole homeowners situation may have gotten really ugly for us. Thank you for preventing this mishap. I am a person who does extensive research and I usually know more or less what my options are, but after I contacted LUCY from SOL Insurance Agency, I was able to save $200 a month on my car insurance! I was blown away and extremely surprised, wishing I had contacted SOL years ago Lucy knows this industry better than the industry knows itself! The exact same car insurance company, which I have been using for years was unable to provide me with the quote Lucy did!( Same coverage) This is because Lucy is not like a corporate robot working for these auto insurance companies, she was able to personalize my quote for a person and not just for another policy number/ caller. I have been with Sol Insurance for a little over 3 years. I was recommend by my boyfriend. Him and his family been with them for 5+ years. He recommended to speak with Lucy. She is amazing. She gave me a quote over the phone and I literally ran to the office to get my policy paper work. From that moment on I only go to Lucy for my car insurance. The agency and its employees are all wonderful. I'm human & I'm not perfect there's been times that i have be late and someone always call me to remind me. I visited Sol Insurance because I wanted to get a lower rate on my car insurance. I had done everything I could on my own to get a lower rate. Even sacrificing for a higher deductable and additional drivers with clean records. But i was informed by a Sol Insurance CPSR agent (Yaoska Aguilera) that I could get a better rate on my own with the same insurance carrier! And we did just that. Everything was handled over the phone, i then came in the next day later to sign and photograph the vehicle. Everything was streamlined, courteous and professional. I will definitely visit Sol Insurance for as long as i get the same service everytime!

It was a great experience ! A friend recommended a certain insurance agency and when i went on the insurance companies website the only way to use them was to use a private insurance agent ! I then search Google and found “Sol Insurance” and Daniel helped me quickly comparing prices from all the top companies and small ones and found me a quote WAY cheaper then what i was finding ! I was able to get my insurance locked in and payed for same day at crazy low price compared to what i found ! I definelty recommend them and will continue to use them !!

did all the paperwork to get homeowners insurance thru them and the insurance agent told me the day my current homeowners expired that they had to cancel the one they offered me because they ( sol insurance agent ) forgot to report the claim i had. I asked the insurance agent, " what do I do now , my current insurance expires tomorrow ?" I was told try and find another agent . Please bear in mind I had made the full payment to Sol insurance agency and was told I would have to wait two weeks for a refund, very unapologetic , find elsewhere

I'm sorry Jessie J, it is about the money, money, money. Got into a bit of a bind. My other agent was incompetent and kept asking me to do house upgrades, which never worked and made for great delays in getting property insurance this year. Because of this I came to Daniel with a. no insurance and b. a bit of desperation. He took both in stride, made me calm and through hard work and a bit of magic SAVED ME ~2500 IN THE PROCESS. Creative, kind, Canadian and CASH ;). The 4 "cs"... that's what Sol is... highly recommend.

I was paying over 400$ and didn't understand my coverage in addition i didnt have all the coverage needed for my vehicle. But after speaking with Lucy at sol insurance not only did I walk away with the correct coverage but also the knowledge of what coverages i was paying for and at a much better rate.
