Pros: Quick Service Convenient Support Accessible ACTIVE Staff/In Charge Normal Mail, Registered Post, Speed Post - all facilities available Cons: Space can be a concern if more than 4 people gather at a same time Not sure if the station provides online services like account opening, etc. Here you go: To be frank, I find this post office one of the best that I have visited so far. Even though it's small, it provides a lot of mailing facilities. Usually staffed with one person, the service is quick and hassle free. I had been there last about 3-4years ago and service was quick too. In terms of facilities provided by the PO has improved over time (no doubt) about that. I again visited the place today and service was very pleasant. I would highly recommend this PO to anyone who wants to save time and prefer ease to access of quality service. If I compare with a bigger nearby PO like the one located on the Santiniketan Road( 80 ft road - on the same road where you can find Shanti Dham temple), I find this PO much better. The other PO is horrible, unorganized and the way of it looks unhygienic. I appreciate Sunitha, stationed at the PO for her super quick service and positive attitude. Well not posting photos of the PO, as there are many already (posted by others) and I don't have something new to add. So if you are in a nearby location and looking for a quick support, consider this PO. P. S- The timing for Speed Post is from 10am through 1pm IST.

WHAT THEHEEBEE SAYS ABOUT SOS CHILDREN VILLAGE POST OFFICE I love to visit this place whenever I have any work related to India Post. It is a fully functional post office tucked up in the peaceful green premises of SOS Children Village. There is no issue of traffic or parking and even if you have to wait for some time, it is pleasant to be among the greenery and chirping birds. Very good thinking by the Government to put up a post office in this locality as it is a big relief for the residents of the community. The official is helpful and makes it easy. Next time you have any work related to India Post, then surely visit this post office and enjoy the cold hill-station like climate inside the stone clad post office room. I am going to rate this finally only after I get my receipt for 2 money orders that I booked today. The postmaster told me to collect the receipt tomorrow. I found the situation very unusual, but decided to take a chance. The money orders are for ₹1500 and ₹500. I paid ₹100 as commission. Destination...Hebbal and Jayanagar. Will these MO's reach their destination?? Fingers crossed..... More about this topic later. Very happy to inform that the postmaster gave me the receipts.

Not much popular with customrrs. Needs yo tune up for good service. Fecilities are good.
