Since I moved to NY I've been visiting Soul Pretty Nails, the place is so nice, clean and the service is top notch. I usually do classic nail polish, they have huge variety of colors, I also ask for Tony to do my nails all the time, he's doing my nails and color so neatly. I also do wax here and its convenient and not painful at all

$70 on chrome manicure. During the service, they had me move seats 3 times to different nail techs. Chipped the next day. Called owner to fix and was told to come in the afternoon the next day. Went in and was told “they’re busy.” They asked me to come in near closing to which I declined. All a facade. Bad business morals.

Loved this place! So glad to have a nice salon in the area. I went during the soft opening the staff were kind and detailed in their work. Not rushed really great quality and work. I also appreciated that they weren’t trying to just up sale the whole time. They were genuinely just wanting to do a good job and service.

I've tried this place a few times because I really want to like it but every time, my gel polish chips within three days. Also, for a gel fill, they charge you for the fill PLUS the polish itself, which is super misleading and expensive. lots of better salons around!
