For any patient if doctor suggest then only go to a professional physiotherapy because without seeing report, x-ray or MRI don't ever dare to play with your own body. Without evidence don't fool yourself, as this physiotherapist ask where is pain and go for Traction and IFT on you which can make your situation more worst. So don't play with yourself simply going to a physiotherapist without reports. A professional physiotherapist should always ask for reports and know exact pin points about any human stucture and his problems. And importently Traction is not at all suggested for every case and danger too.
