Earlier this was one of the best workshops, however now quality has severely degraded and it's full of fake promises and commitments, they will say ten's of things and not accomplish any, after vehicle delivery you may have to retake the vehicle there for final work. Quality work is lost. Approach road is pathetic and only suitable for tractors. The finesse of work is lost

Have visited quite few times, overall work can be considered as good. However, you need to frequently ask for status of your vehicle (don't wait for the expected delivery date). Sometimes the thing you want in your vehicle wouldn't be there and they won't tell you either unless it's your delivery day and you visit there to find that.

Worst service I had seen ever . They are very irresponsible. My car's accidental claim they claimed 2 lakhs rupees from insurance company and charged 9000 rupees from me and after few days my car's having noise I visited body shop three times but they did not resolve my problem. My car still having noise. Worst service.

The TATA workshop is meant for repair of cars mostly under insurance. Not much interaction with the staff but my car took more than one month for repair. It's advisable to get the car insured from the TATA dealer itself for cashless repairs. Overall staff was cooperative.

Average cleanliness in the campus-- possibly due to rainy season, kachcha, large campus ground, approach from main road not pleasant, staff suppotive n actively involved to the allocated work. ,

Service was fine. Just be wary of all your exessories else you will end up with your new gear lever being replaced with someones old gear lever.

They R doing perfect job... and also provide extra care like 1000 km warranty and one year on paint.... Mr Rajpoot is the Gem of workshop
