I've rented from here twice, for the first I'd give it 4 out 5, the second a 0 out of 5. The first time I rented a Land Cruiser with a driver for a day, the car was in great condition, the driver was a nice man but did not know Karachi very well, that's the only reason I'd dock a star. The second time was a longer term rental which I was asked to pre-pay for. The cars that arrived, Corollas, were at best in below average condition. One of the drivers was so bad at driving he ran the car over the footpath on multiple occasions, broke signals wherever possible and almost had 3 accidents on the first day. His name is Rizwan, if they send him to you, send the car right back unless you like the feeling of almost being in an accident. He also has no idea of how to actually use the clutch. The best for last, I had 3 unused days left. I took it up with them after a while that I wanted to use those days as when I made the payment there was no terms of service shared from their side (red flag). I got told from their whatsapp business account that it's been too long and so they've given the remaining amount to the drivers for overtime. There was no overtime, I sent the drivers back within 10 hours of duty each and every day. No logs maintained by them to prove that there was overtime (red flag number 2). Finally, if they are allocating my pre-payment to anything, they should let the customer know, no communication from them. (red flag number 3). All in all, if life's been too easy and you want to deal with customer service that makes you want to punch a hole in a wall, STS is the place to work with.

Extremely poor customer service. Called their website contact number to arrange drop off at airport. After negotiating required transport price and confirming details, was told that would receive a confirmation text. After several hours no text received. I contacted the company again and was told I would get a call back from the advisor (Arsalan) who I initially spoke to. No call back received. I called again to finally be put through to the advisor who now seemed completely uninterested in my enquiry but I was told that the booking would be made and a confirmation text sent to me. several hours have passed again yet no contact or confirmation from the company.

A reliable name in rented car's and automobile industry. I personally availed their services for my family program, vehicles class and standard is much better than other competitors in this industry. Specially their client dealing is very satisfactory level. As per my knowledge this is the first ever company who launched their android and IOS based application in this industry. I would be proudly recommend other's to use their services.

STS has dumb drivers, pathetic management, lie through their teeth about arring on time, blame everyone else for their mistakes.They send cars without petrol 1 hour late for an airport drop-off after charging Rs 7,000 (seven thousand). I had to suffer waiting 8n the car while they filled petrol. What a bunch of jokers. Never again.

Has a big selection of vehicles, and can arrange if they don't have the one you want. But in wedding season they are always out of vehicles to rent. If you want to avoid it do book in advance, it is a traditional style business and staff do not expect a world class service here but they are best at what they do.

Scam Alert, Worst experience ever. I made the Booking for Land Cruiser Prado on my Marriage and the 1h before Baraat they send me message that Land Cruiser Prado is not available and we will send you Toyota Fortuner. And taken the full money of Prado while Fortuner is much cheaper to rent.

Very accommodating and professional. Website is nicely designed. The car collection is awesome and the best in my opinion in Karachi. Expensive but no other rental service has the collection that they have. Highly recommended.

They are fraud I took a car its number plate was fake and it was non custom paid vehicle and they told me after wards ... They have stolen vehicles as well as non duty paid vehicle with fake numberplates
