I recently had the misfortune of visiting Sabka Dentist, and I must say, it was one of the worst dental experiences of my life. From start to finish, the entire ordeal was filled with frustration, incompetence, and a complete lack of respect for my time and well-being. To begin with, the appointment scheduling process was a nightmare. I called in advance and made an appointment, only to arrive at the clinic and find that they had no record of it. The receptionist seemed disinterested and unhelpful, making no effort to rectify the situation or accommodate me. I was left waiting for hours, feeling like a mere inconvenience to the staff. The waiting area itself was uncomfortable and unwelcoming. The lack of basic amenities and cleanliness gave me serious doubts about the clinic's hygiene standards. It was distressing to witness other patients also expressing their dissatisfaction with the extensive delays and poor service. When I finally got called in for treatment, the dentist displayed a shocking lack of professionalism. Their behavior was condescending and dismissive, treating me as if I were a burden. The basic service I required took an excruciatingly long time, as the dentist seemed more interested in chatting with their colleagues than focusing on my dental needs. The overall quality of the treatment was highly questionable. I had expected a level of expertise and skill, but instead, I received subpar care that left me with doubts about the competence of the staff. It was evident that they were more concerned with rushing through patients rather than providing thorough and effective treatment. In conclusion, I strongly advise against seeking dental services at Sabka Dentist. Their service is characterized by unprofessionalism, inadequate appointment management, and a complete disregard for patients' time and well-being. The distressing experience I had at this clinic has left me with a lasting sense of disappointment and frustration. I urge anyone considering dental care to look elsewhere for a competent and respectful provider.

State of the art clinics and helpful staff. They care for the patients to the fullest and also are dedicated fully to their work. Happy experience. I have been visiting the clinic since 2019 and had bad teeth problems before that.Almost all my teeth are in good condition from 2019.Thanks to Dr Sunny,Dr Varsha and Ms Archana who carried out the procedures.I have many dentists in my locality but what makes Sabka Dentist stand out,is the commitment that their staff have towards their work.I am always happy when I visit their clinic and come out smiling from there.Even though their clinic is far away from my residence,it does not bother me to go there because of the experience and vibrant environment there There are some flaws in any organisation but I didn't find anything here.I recommend this clinic to everyone in and around Thane.The efforts taken by doctors here are worth the appreciation they receive here on Google reviews Definitely a five star experience ☺️

I just did dental Cleaning service recently in this clinic. I have already done many cleaning sessions with other dentists. The service here was very pathetic. The whole session was hardly 10 minutes. They neither rinsed mouth even once nor showed the results after the session. After reaching home, i found that it was done incomplete and the inter teeth areas and top areas of molars are not even touched. Advertising for cleaning at 500 rupees and giving service not even worth 100 rupees... I will never recommend this clinic to anyone. Regretting.The doctor was not skillful and she was in a hurry to finish as early as possible and to take more patients. If this is the experience with me being a health professionals, what the common people will face. Disgusting experience in the clinic.

I have take braces treatment here with dr Rahul And surgical extraction by dr Chirag both are very talented doctors. But i am not happy with the treatment because it was so expensive compared to other clinics. As per my opinion Dr Sunny is not that much experienced doctor. receptionist Bhoomi is suportive I will never suggest to visit tembhi naka branch. My treatment was started on 21-05-2018 and after 22-02-2020 I have not received any phone call or text msg from this branch so I was trying to contact clinic by phone call but they had never pickup the phone call during this 3 month Mar 2020 to may 2020.

I had a very pleasant experience with Sabka dentist. Doctor and staff were very patient with me and spent a lot of time trying to calm me down. The staff was very helpful and always available to help. Doctor is very professional and takes the time to explain what needs to be done and provide valuable advice. I am using invisible aligners from Then and they are very affordable as compared to other dentist in the business. I highly recommend their dental services to anyone I know.

The worse place there could ever be. They keep firing doctors and hiring new doctors which can lead to them messing up your teeth. I had take braceses treatment was treated by 4 doctors in span of an year. No respect for patients time either. Every time I go with an booked appointment on time end up waiting more than half an hour. They keep sending other patiend in instead of you untill you speak up, take constant brakes to drink tea and cooffee and totally disregard your time

Have been their patient for well over 4-5 years now! They are the best doctors! Their clinic is clean, hygienic and well equipped with the latest technology. The doctors are very friendly and easy to talk to too. They educate you well before about the procedure, expense and number of visits etc. The doctors are skilled and efficient. I don’t live in the city, but i refuse to go to any other dentist, i always travel and come back here each time i need to see a dentist.

Good experience overall diagnosed well, as compared to other doctors, treated professionally and timely, Dr punit Patel responded very well for queries , which other doctors don't and that leads to soliloquy to do or not to do. Cooperative with kids. So great experience and friendly Environment. Dr. Sunny and assistant staff are also good. Take care of all things Untill they settle. Make patient comfortable don't mind checking multiple times Untill patient feel good.

Excellent service by sab ka dentist they take proper precautions for covid-19. There free check up was excellent I was feeling pain in my tooth for quiet few days which I was ignoring and only today after having my free checkup with them I get to know that I have cavity otherwise I didn't know that I had cavity. They solve all my queries related to toth problems in future I will get my braces doe from here they give you many options for payment as well.

Waste of time and money. Been 4+ months trying to connect with the dentist who did some work on my teeth, but to no avail. They never pick the call and even if they do, they have just been making me jump through hoops. The front desk is just as useless as the last 4 letters of the word 'queue.' If this was in the US, I definitely would have taken them to court by now. I'd definitely recommend everyone to go somewhere else than come here.

I visited for cleaning Nursing staff is good But doctor is not more business minded rather than working properly She has not cleaned teeth properly and not shown the results When I came home and saw there was deposition still there She hardly gave some time in cleaning but gave more time to selling me 70k braces and forcing me to buy it saying last day of offfer Very pathetic service Not recommend at all

i have taken appointment but on my appointment date and time there was no follow up and update after. when I cal back to sabka dentist they said we have many clients now can we schedule another day. it means our time doens't matters to you but your time is worthy. I really didn't find this safe. A patient/customer (in their terms) is asked to fill a form which includes sharing annual income, residential address room no and building name Why? Are they going to visit their home? Even big hospitals dont ask this! They would simply missuse this information for additional income or advertisements.

Very poor service. My braces treatment is going on. In a month only 1 or 2 Friday's doctor's are available. And on that day more than 10 patients are waiting outside. They should have at least 2 ortho dentist. It's very irritating to wait outside.
