My time at this school has been abhorrent and INFURIATING so far. Inequitable treatment from some of the educators and not getting the help I had required from said educators. Not to mention the blatant racism and weird infatuation with black Africans and Americans some of the students have. I’ve been called many things relating to slavery and torture and racial slurs and have been treated based on my appearance. They bring up my race more than I even think of it myself . The vice principal didn’t take care of the issue and one of the main people who were targeting me got off Scott free. Exempted from any repercussions. This student is racist on and off campus and I had brought that up. I DON’T USUALLY like to bring up RACISM too much as it is a very mischaracterized subject that can be said loosely to avoid the real matter at hand, but there is no other word I could use to describe the WEIRD behaviour I have allowed to be subject to. The events here are boring cash grabs with the only redeeming factor about this learning facility is the cake auction and the magnificent theatre they have provided for entertainment such as, drama, school dances and more. Furthermore, this high-school has an apparent vaping problem. Bathrooms are always brimmed with people vaping/smoking and keeping up the space for people who actually have to use it. The people here try to act like gangsters (ironic for a place that categorizes a certain minority as such) and try to start problem off of nothing. This school has been such a miserable experience and I wouldn’t wish it on worst enemy! For a CATHOLIC SCHOOL the people there seem more interested in discrimination against different, cultures, races, abilities etc. as well a sexual activity, drugs, alcohol and greed. Some “CHRISTIAN” values. Hence why I would label this environment as ABHORRENT and INFURIATING.

My review of this school is subjective, but my experience at this school has been mediocre. I attended this school from 2011-2017. Most of the teachers I have had were pretty decent, some were bad and couldn't care about actually teaching. I also found that some of the students were pretty selfish in their own little cliques. Some students were rude towards the special needs students as well, which I found the staff never addressed towards the school itself. I did like some of the events fun however, such as cake auction. Based on this review, I give the school 3/5, a mediocre school like all the other high schools with their little cliques and teaching styles.

Mr. McCurdy should be fired. I'm surprised he's even still teaching. Yells and swears at the kids. Assigns inappropriate books and movies that may be distressing to the CHILDREN 13-16!! (He teaches grade 9 and 10). He takes no account for his students ages at all, as far as he's concerned the kids are adults. Horrible teaching style, has left kids, including me, crying. He's walked into different teachers classes and yelled at certain kids. A mess of a teacher, honestly a poor excuse for one

Teachers very aggressive the vps do not care and are very mean towards the children. Mr Clark has been in a physical altercation with grade 10’s over respect is unacceptable same goes for Todd Carley have heard and seen him put his hands on students aggressive won’t recommend hate this school so happy I’m done wit it!!! South Carleton school is the way to go

Ever since I came to this school in grade 9, it has been working amazing for me. I love this school and I am so proud that I am able to come to this school and say to people "hey, I go to Sacred Heart!" It's truly an honour to come here. …

I was a student here in 1999 to 2003 and it was great. Great building layout, adequate parking, wonderful staff, it was a fantastic time
