I called Safth Locksmiths and made an enquiry about changing my door locks. The gentleman on the phone was extremely helpful and he attended my property immediately after receiving my call and he arrived the same day within 30 to 40 minutes Upon meeting the gentleman I found him to be very nice, mannerable friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. My locks were changed quickly. The service was very quick and payment was made to the company via my bank card easily at my home by the company card machine. I also received a company receipt to my email address immediately after I had made the payment. The price I paid was a fair and good price for the professional work that was carried out. My new door locks are very strong secure and smooth to turn and are just fantastic. I'm very pleased that I found Safth Locksmiths and I'm glad I chose to call them and use their services. I will recommend them to my family and friends and I will use them in the future if ever I'm in need again of a local Locksmith, as I received great service at a great price.

Avoid avoid avoid. First time the locksmith went to the property, arrived late and ended up fitting the lock badly, to the point the lock was actually damaging the garage door when opened and closed. Lock was removed swiftly to prevent further damage. Second time, he arrived late (again) and this time fitted the lock so badly that we were able to pull the holding bracket off by hand. On closer inspection he had damaged the bolts which meant the bracket could not be fitted properly into the ground. To this day I have not received as much as an apology.

My front door lock got jammed with the key stuck in it earlier today - I contacted Safth and within 40 mins the locksmith had arrived, fitted a new lock and everything was sorted. So quick and such a relief! The gentleman who came was extremely polite, professional, and careful with how he worked. Don’t normally leave reviews but definitely recommend this company

Excellent and super efficient service to get me out a fix on a very chilly day. I accidentally locked myself out of the house, but the agent from SAFTH was there in less that 30mins and I was inside. SAFTH service is prompt and value for money, great job guys, and professional work will definitely refer these guys to family and friends

Total lifesaver 8th locksmith I tried - others didn’t answer or weren’t interested and I was locked outside my house. Arrived in 20 minutes and was in within 5 minutes - offered to replace lock very cheaply too. Very quick and professional 10/10 recommend!!

TG arrived to change the lock within minutes of me calling (I wasn’t far from the shop but he made time ahead of another job), which I really appreciated. He worked very quickly to change the lock and was an all round lovely bloke. Very nice price too.

Professional, diagnosed the problem and went on to repair the window lock. Very efficient and reasonably priced. On way out he noticed that my door lock was loose, stepped back, tightened it and did not charge extra. I highly recommend Safth Locksmith.

I was locked out with my little boy, the locksmith came within 20 minutes on a Sunday and he was so helpful and got us in in less than 10 minutes. What a relief. Would highly recommend as he was a really reasonable price too.

Safth replaced a broken lock yesterday for us within hours of contacting him. He was courteous, professional & charged a reasonable fee. We recommend him, and wouldn't hesitate to hire him again ourselves.

After agreeing to fix my issue and even asking for my postcode and address details, he changed his mind last minute. Claiming that he "just got 2 jobs" and won't be able to fix it now. Screams dodgy.

My lock was not functioning and he came on time on the day and hasn't left without fixing it. I had another issue a month later and he again came on time and fixed it quickly. I'd highly recommend.
