Ala is an asset to Sainsbury's strand. There was no multipack water on the shelf and asked him for help. He said he will check the warehouse and came back back with a heavy case of multipack water. Top customer service and this isn't the first time the colleagues in the strand have helped out in this manner

Always late to open the manager seems to need a new watch they should open 7am when you get ther your told to wait 20 min unacceptable they also use the staff as security personels even though they do not hold a badge i dont think they realise how dangerous that is.

Bakery is good and well baked and great when hot in the mornings. Bakery not refreshed and gets a bit tired in the afternoon. Sandwiches and basic staples is its main offering. It’s a cheap lunch venue for the area. Has a sneaky but tasty

Sainsbury's has introduced something like tesco club cards NOT you havd to download an app scan a code and that's if you can fine the products advertised. I was told rent more in this store so not the same price as other sainsbury's.....

Good store with lots of choices. But on New Year Day I went in and encountered an unpleasant staff. She is the younger of 2 Indian women there that day. She needs to be educated on how to talk politely to customers.

The supermarket is okay to grab something quickly. There is a good selection of ready to eat meals. Selection of groceries is not as fascinating though - for example there were only 1-2 kinds of pasta available

Just picked up a Breakfast meal deal from Sainsburys Strand. A very nice bacon roll stuffed with bacon a cinnamon pastry and a Starbucks coffee. All for £3.50. Well done Sainsburys.

You have to hate people to sell that tasteless "on the go" brand food. Tomato and chilli chicken - no taste, not texture. Absolutely tasteless mass with chilli powder on top.

Shut early before the closing times on Google and the supermarket website because the staff wanted to go home. The security told us it was because of a management decision

Good local Sainsbury's branch with great location being close to Charing Cross station and close to Trafalgar Square. It is fine for quick food and drink grab.

Decent selection of food for such a small store. Good opening hours. Not great for sandwiches tho. They go fast!

The store was dirty and the Manager was rude. The check out scanner didn't work. Don't go there for anything.
