"Shambles of a petrol station"
"Shoped at sainsburys - petrol and food ans when I tried to pay with gift card I was refused and told they are not allowing to use gift card on phone"
"Awful awful service from the night staff"
"This petrol station is one of the few stations that still offer free air and water for cars, However the machines are old"
"I just can't believe someone can give them any positive review"
Shambles of a petrol station. They have about 4 rows of pumps and on the day I visited one row had both pumps closed. It was at the far end of the forecourt. It was a busy Saturday & I had to queue for about 10 minutes. When the car in front of me moved to a near bye I noticed the 2 empty pumps at the far end and made my way towards them. There were no notices to inform me that the pumps were closed, nor were there any cones to prevent drivers from entering this closed aisle. With both pumps closed, because it was so busy I had no chance of backtracking into the garage so I wasted 15 minutes of my life. There was no way I was going to queue up again for another 15 minutes so I left to get my petrol elsewhere. I have never been back and it is unlikely I shall ever set wheel in this awful, mismanaged sham of a garage again!
Shoped at sainsburys - petrol and food ans when I tried to pay with gift card I was refused and told they are not allowing to use gift card on phone. We live in 2023 everything is done by the phone. When asked for managers no manager on site. I visited this station 2 weeks ago when lady let me pay with gift card. Nothing makes me more angry when rules are not followed same way and different staff does different things and approach. What is the point of having gift cards when people can't use them or better being acceptes by some and rejected by others. Retrain your staff and I was very unhappy with today approach
Awful awful service from the night staff. They are not on the ball and I waited over 20 minutes to be served as the staff member was all over the place and losing the plot. Most disappointed and will never use this station again. Not only was the staff member useless they were also rude. I worked as a mystery shopper for this chain of supermarkets and now they've stopped using shoppers you can see the standards have seriously dropped. Hi Lidl and Aldi. Time you started to do petrol me thinks.
This petrol station is one of the few stations that still offer free air and water for cars, However the machines are old. It does tend to have a few pumps out of use any time I visit this place and when there is a queue, it is not clear which pumps are dispensing. It has a jet wash but I have never used this. There are 3 pumps to a line and long hoses to reach either side of your car
I just can't believe someone can give them any positive review. If you have never seen any proper, clean petrol station before, you might think this one is OK. It's not OK, it's filthy, terribly managed station. Probably never cleaned, always no gloves (pandemic?), empty shop. Yeah, petrol a bit cheaper and yes all the other stations in London are filthy and poorly managed
The automatic car wash doesn't work very well. I got a premium clean and it just missed off the rear end of the car. I popped back in and was given another ticket. It sort of worked the second time, but there was no polish and still left dirty areas. The petrol lines tend to be quite busy as petrol prices are quite good.
Great staff! I left my bag full of valuables on the floor of the petrol station while filling up my bike and only realised 15 minutes later when inhad gotten home. I called up and they had already taken it in to keep it safe for me until I got back to pick it up. Thank you!
Not all of the facilities are always working much like anywhere. The price of fuel is usually 1p per litre more expensive than ASDA around the corner, but they do compensate you with a few Nectar points and they have the 97 RON (premium) fuel at some pumps unlike ASDA.
Worst petrol station, none of the machines work, over crowded. No one to help with the machines or the order of the queue, it’s even packed inside he kios. I drove away and couldn’t even get petrol. Too frustrating, would rather pay extra and get quick good service.
You can get your usual petrol here. You might wait a bit but it shouldn't be for too long. You can also get free air and water.. and there is a useful car wash with jet wash... There is a small shop as well. In addition you have a view across to Canary Wharf....ok.
Can get busy, and probably worse once IKEA open their new store. Facilities include car wash and free air point which is well used. Prepare to queue for a free pump, and keep a good eye out for people leaving. Payment at either at the pump or in the building.
It suppose 2b 24/7 open! = I double checked ladt week with staff who confirmed this = I just left petrol station after very long drive = it's 02:00 & IT'S CLOSED... NO EXPLANATION... NO SIGNS... ITS NOT FILLING EVEN... SUCH A WASTE OF TIME 4ME...
Difficulty using new system of filling tyres with air. Nobody available to help. Not calibrating and though it beeped for each tyre we later had red light in dashboard and roadside assistance find pressies to be unequal. This is dangerous.
Sainsbury's Petrol Station provides a convenient refueling option. The station is well-maintained, offers competitive prices, and efficient service. A reliable choice for drivers looking for quality fuel and ease of use.
This station has Pay at Pump, Diesel, unleaded, super unleaded, LPG, Car wash, Free air and water. Also they have basic essentials inside the shop as bread, milk and all other last minute grabs.
Good prices for petrol, lots of available stations. Car wash services on offer, and a convenient location. Staff always polite and nice, not sure what more you could ask of a petrol station.
One of the cheaper options around and competitively priced against Asda just down the road. The car wash is good too. No longer close to the main Sainsbury's supermarket though.
It says 24h opens. We’ve drive in around 11pm last Saturday, but it was shut - cones on entrance and everything is dark. Highly disappointed I’ve really relied on it.
It's a petrol station, however apart from Asda's down the road being cheaper, this is also cheap most of the time... Nectar card?... get some points then ;)
Always fill my tank when I am in the vicinity as the price of diesel or petrol is always cheaper by at least 3 pence per litre. Air and water are free.
I love this petrol station's Pay at Pump service. Clean. Convenient. Location is near the South Circular (A205/A206), the A2 and the Blackwall Tunnel.
This is my favourite petrol station. Very cheap petrol and also free Air and water You don't have to fuel your car before using this free facilities
Very good petrol station, reason priced fuel. The waiting time is pretty quick, you can also use the car wash, hoover, water and air pump.
Very poor always closed from 12am till 2.30am ment to be a 24 hr petrol station think there are a sleep in the back when you ring them up
You have a choice of 2 carwashes which is nice. The hovers are awful so don't waste your money but the rest of the facilities are great.
Seemed relatively cheap locally. You can pay at the pump. As of November 2017 he rest of the sainsburys appears to have moved nearby.
Petrol Station with an auto carwash. Staff are always friendly and the petrol is almost always in the top three cheapest in the area.
Almost same price petrol as nearby ASDA. Free air when you need it. Also a jet wash. ASDA charged 20p last time I used their pumps.
The cheapest petrol station I found on my way. Yes, is not central London but, moving through Greenwich, I suggest to refill there.
Handy an local to me with a good shoo inside and friendly staff. Next to all major routes ans blackwall tunnel for cheaper fuel
Absolutely brilliant. The vibe is amazing there as so many facilities like restaurants coffee shops a cinema and the O2 arena.
Cheapest around. Free air and water too. Friendly and helpful staff. Pay at machine available. Car wash on premises :-)
New fueling machines installed tough half of them are "Not in Use" at anytime. The service is somewhat less than par.
Petrol, air, water, jet wash...inside you can purchase snacks, magazines, pieces of seasonal tat... just the usual.
Refused to give me a reciept for fuel Was to much trouble for her Im not sure its legal to refuse giving a reciept
Car wash Have my money Jet wosh not worked Petrol station don't give back money, So rude Nicely told me f off
One of the cheapest petrol stations. Weekends are always busy. Avoid the time and I never have any problems.
This station is fully loaded with facilities a car wash, super fuel, vacuum, air/water.....except a toilet!
My local Sainsbury's Petrol station. Good price plus the occasional discount voucher keeps me filling up!
Incredibly rude and unhelpful staff. Only reason to fill up here is the price in this current climate.
Nice little fuel station with vacuum and air facilities also a jet wash and a car wash on location.
Open 24/7, always a little bit more expensive than Asda petrol station nearby, but does it job.
Slow service but food good and reasonable prices. But the decoration is amazing so much to see
Go here every week, quick and easy to use, staff are very polite, 24 hours is always a bonus
24/7 fuel price cheap and free air & water **update** free air is closed since December 2020
Convenience store with essentials plus all you need to a quick check and fill up in your car
Always busy but that's because the prices are so much cheaper than other petrol stations.
Staff are always friendly, they doing their best today dealing with unusually high demand
The only petrol station that still provides free air for drivers, keep up the good work!
Air pump is free while in others you have to pay 2 pounds ... Gas prices are acceptable
You can always get cheapest fuel from here. 4-5 pence different from other retailers.
Normally the cheapest diesel in the surrounding area, even cheaper than my home town.
I like that the tyre pressure compressor is free and normally in good working order.
Best place to get cheap petrol although Asda good the hose is an issue as too short
Great quick service and cheaper fuel, only problem is busy periods and late nights
Good place for cheap fuel. Small shop, free air and water, jet wash and car wash.
Really needed to pump up my tyre but the air compressor was still out of service.
Some of the staff here are very funny which makes it fun place to get your fuel.
Quickly served and opens up bang on time but more meal deals needed sainsbury!!
Good but really busy and the man at the counter took too long to give my change
Very cheap and fast to full your tank. You cqn pay by card at pump pr in kiosk
Good price and quality fuel. Many spots available and YOU CAN PAY AT THE PUMP!
Busy place with great snacks and no loos! No bathrooms should not be allowed.
They are not working 24/7. Closed during the night. Do not recommend this.
You can pump up your tyres for free here and their petrol prices are low.
As like most petrol stations more expensive than supermarket price
Cheap good fuel, 24h, free air and water for tyres and radiator.
Basic services but very good drive thru car wash for the price
Prices are very competitive but space to park is a bit tight.
Good price for fuel. Pay at pump. Great if you're on a bike.
This station always has good locally competitive pump prices
Pleasant staff but not always the cheapest prices for fuel.
Reasonable price n plenty of pumps. Also free air n water.
Awesome pump to get cheap fuel and free air and water
You can use your nectar card here to collect points.
Good cheap petrol always cheaper than anywhere else
Great price for unleaded petrol and good service.
Reasonably priced. You can pay at the pump
