I had so many questions about toning and Tiffany was happy to answer them all! She was polite and nice and really helped me alot and did not mind me asking for her help! Tiffany is the best! I will come back to this Sally's because her customer service was awesome! Thank you Tiffany!

I went in to buy my son a shaver. Found the one I wanted and asked about the return policy. They said no returns on this shaver. Since I wasn't sure if I was getting the right one I decided to pass so I went next door to supreme hair depot

I came to this location specifically because their website said they're open until 8pm and I wouldn't make it by 7pm after work. I didn't arrive until 7:03pm and saw they decided to make their own hours contrary to what is posted online.

They closed 20 minutes early, no notice, pretty sure the closing employee was sitting out in the car in front of the store. Not happy. Google updated closing times last week. You need to fix this. Change your hours, or leave a note.

I love Sally's and this store has a wonderful clearance section. But it's a coin toss on whether the attendants are in a good mood that day; it effects the service. But I am always greeted not matter if they are mad.

Always love Sally's... the staff is super helpful.. especially if ya did your own bean job and fried your hair... they'll point ya in the right direction to whatever ya need!

They have always helped me and been more than kind. I’ve never had any problems and I have been going there for 5 years. I can’t say enough good things about the employees.

Arrived at 7:09 to see the doors locked. Both google and the Sally website state they close at 8. Paper sign on the door says they close at 7. Super bummed.

Online says they close at 8pm. I arrived at 7:03pm and they were closed. Horrible customer services.
