I have been going to this shop since I was about 5 years old and I am currently 13 right now. Whenever I go I almost get Dino every time (except for the rare occasion when he wasn't there but when he wasn't there I would get jerry and I was happy when I was leaving the chair). The prices are reasonable seeing as it's only $15 for children and only about $20-$25 for adults depending on how you get your hair cut. Overall I would recommend Salon Crave to anybody who is near the area or is just looking for a new place to start getting their hair cut. Salon Crave is never busy and the team their is excellent: Jerry does cuts nicely, Sandra I wouldn't know because she has never cut my hair but I will be willing to let her cut it to see how she does if she's up to it, but my personal favourite is Dino ( the owner). The main reason why I like Dino is because he always understands what you want and he is always talking yet he does a amazing job so on behalf of my brothers and I we would recommend this place to others -Michael T

My husband and I have been going to Crave for years! We even make the journey all the way there since moving to Oakville. They have a very family feeling there. The three stylists have been there for over 15 years, everyone is nice (to you and to each other) and they do a fabulous job. Something in particular that stands out to me (I see Sandra) is that I can bring a photo in and Sandra will be honest and say if it will or will not work for my hair type or my face shape. She's always polite about it and will also give me suggestions on what we can do instead. She also really cares about your hair, so if you want to do something she thinks it's too damaging to do in one go (like go from red to blonde), she'll tell you so. I really value her skill and honesty. I always take her advice and I come out with the best looks I've ever had. Love Salon Crave!

I had a very poor experience here. The man who cut my hair kept dripping water on me when he was washing my hair. He stopped in the middle of the cut to pick up a call on his cell phone. He was loudly chewing gum throughout the entire appointment. After I told him that I usually keep my hair curly, he simply put some mousse in my wet hair and sent me on my way, without diffusing/blow drying. I’ve never left a hair appointment with still soaking hair before. My entire appointment was less than 20 minutes. I was very disappointed with the experience and I won’t be returning.

I am happy to say that my first visit here was great! I have been looking for a place for getting a nice cut at a reasonable price. I am very skeptical with changing hair stylists but after reading the reviews I decided to try it out. I had my hair cut by Sandra and she did a really good job, and was super nice. She told me what was possible with my hair after showing her a few pictures. I also mentioned that I wanted to keep my hair as long as possible, so she freshened it up with some layers and barely took off any length. I left very happy after my visit!

I went in a few days ago to get a trim, a few layers and colour my hair blonder and I've never been so impressed after coming out of a salon in my life! I have major trust issues with hair dressers cutting and colouring my hair but Sandra did a perfect job. I originally came in to bleach my hair but she had the best advice on how to lighten my hair an easier way for my hair and even with the trim she only took off the right amount. I've never had such great service or like I said, have been so happy coming out of a salon!

I went for the first time recently to get my hair cut here. I usually am really picky with choosing a place because my hair gets soo puffy and ugly when cut wrong. I called ahead and got an appointment the next day with Sandra. Sandra is super friendly and a great conversationalist. She understood my hair type and cut off just the right amount. The price was also very reasonable. My hair looked great after and it was just what I wanted. I definitely will be back. Thank you Sandra!

Sandra was AMAZING! My cut and colour turned out exactly as I hoped. She spent the time to answer all of my questions and teach me how to style my new cut. She even went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule by having me come back on her day off and lighten my hair a little more to make it perfect (I had dark brown hair and wanted light blond balayage). On top of that, the salon prices were really reasonable. I highly recommend this salon, and specifically Sandra.

By far the best place for a cut in the GTA. Dino can make you look 10 years younger and 10 pounds lighter. Short, long, thick, thin, Dino or Jerry have you covered. Hell even bald guys should be booking in. I was worried about haircuts for years until I came to Crave. Now I look forward to them!!! I am so happy I trusted Google Reviews! Called on Tuesday morning, was able to get in next day with Jerry for a wash/cut/dry. Walked in & Jerry was ready right away even though I was early. Jerry was confident, he listened, we established trust right away and he was able to be creative! Absolutely love this salon & Jerry - will be back in 4/6 weeks :) p.s the prices are more than competitive for the quality of artistry!

RACIST SALON - if you’re an immigrant or a person of color don’t bother going. I took my mom for a hair cut, the staff were idly standing by with no clients and the manager told us to leave if we didn’t have an appointment. Gave us no direction on how to book, steps to take that shows they wanted us to come back. Clearly we weren’t welcomed there.

Dino and the team are the best I've ever had. The salon is easy to find and really nice inside. The prices are fair, the stylists are absolutely lovely and they actually listen! You can also go in and tell them you don't know what you want and they are very helpful and knowledgable making suggestions that suit you.

Love this place.....in mississauga, really professional salon. Jerry's the hairstylist that did my cut; he is so very talented. He does cuts very precise and is extremely gifted.......
