I do believe that the Staff at Sam McDadi are dedicated, knowledgable and courteous. Unfortunately the realtor assigned to me was a huge mistake. Of course I did get my unit rented out but with great diffuculty, not because of the market (the season picked up and no matter what my unit would be rented out due to its location, size and view) but the realtor, Tracy N. She has no idea what she is doing, no idea about legal formality, how to fill MLS listing forms and the OREA lease agreements and general business sense. Even though I dropped her in the first two days due to her unprofessional behaviour and lack of any common sense nor lack of realtor knowledge AND ALSO LACK OF DRIVE AND MOTIVATION. She came back to request for another chance so out of the kindness of my heart I gave her a second chance and issued that I will write a review on her performance. She did ask for me not to write a review, who does that, you have no right to stop a customer from writing a review! None of that took into effect in her mind as she still did not change. The tennant's brokaerage even had similar experiences as mine but in the future I will ne dealing with his brokerage and not Sam McDadi unfortunately. I think Sam has experience such a huge economies of scale that he has forgotten about quality. Here are a few, not all, experiences I had with her. First and most importantly, she has no sense of legal responsibility. She mentioned to me just to sign an unfinished form she sent to me and she will fill in the rest at a later date, including my signitures. I do not agree with this, when you sign a contract, all information must be present before signing. For example who would sign a partially completed contract? Especially when your property is at stake. She put in clauses which are not in the normal contracts and I mentioned to her I am not signing this even though she was presistant. She has no decency either, sure she acts nice but her lack of knowledge trumps any attempt by her to conduct business. Before closing she provided incorrect information to the tenant's brokerage, butchered/misspelled my name consecutively, gave my middle name to the other brokerage and they were confused on whats happening and who is this. I gave her strict instructions on my name multiple times in the start of our contract but that did not work. Overall all my experience with Sam McDadi's staff was pleasant and professional but with his realtor my experience was horrible and that's the most important relationship I should have with the company. I have mentioned just a few issues as I do not have space but please, if you recieve Tracy N. as your realtor, save yourself the headache and find someone else. Because I am veteran in the lease game I was able to do the work and running around myself, for someone new to the market, you would end up losing your assets/property so pretty please avoid Tracy N. like you would avoid the plague. Just a final complaint, she is using the client base which belongs to Sam McDadi for her own personal loan shark business. She is a very dodgy/shady person. Out of all the realtors I have had the privalge to work with over the last 10 plus years, she is the only bad realtor, wait a minute, let me rephrase, I dont consider her a realtor, anyone can get a license these days, my neighbor's cat could get one and do a better job. Meow that realtor.

My husband and I had the pleasure of meeting with Veronica Medeiros back in February when we reached out to Sam McDadi for assistance in finding another rental unit, as our Landlord at the time decided to put the unit up for sale. Within seconds of Sam introducing us to Veronica via email, we received a response from her. After discussing our needs / wants, she quickly set up some showings for us that matched our criteria. We met with her the following day, viewed some units, and asked her for some data with respect to pricing. Veronica provided us with a detailed report of the information we requested that evening. From there, we viewed a few more units, however, came across a landlord who was looking to privately lease a unit in our current building. Since we wanted to remain in this building, we advised Veronica of the direction we were going to take. She quickly understood and respected our decision. Nonetheless, she continued to help us every step of the way — enhancing the fact that her job was about building meaningful relationships as opposed to just making a sale. She provided us with clauses that she believed were important to protect our best interests without requiring anything from us in return. When this private deal did not go through, my husband and I decided it would be in our best interest to purchase a home as opposed to continue renting. We knew Veronica was going to be our go to person. Her dedication and support throughout this entire process has been unimaginable. As first time homebuyers, it was imperative for us to work with someone who was knowledgeable, trustworthy, caring, and patient. She provided us with a detailed analysis of every home as well as comparable data to support her thoughts on pricing. If she felt a property was not in the best location and may not have great resale value, she advised us of that. She was transparent and honest every step of the way, which made it easy to work with her. She also gave us a complete breakdown of buying costs such as deposits, closing costs (CHMC Fees, Moving Costs, Land Transfer Taxes, Lawyer Fees, etc) which helped us understand the process of purchasing a home and also making us feel at ease about our first purchase. We would also like to mention that it was not until we decided to place an offer on our first dream home that we signed a Buyer representation agreement which solidified the fact that Veronica was more concerned that we were being provided the right counsel than locking us in to her services. Veronica, thank you for your hard work and for being with us every step of the way. Not only were you our realtor, but you will always be our friend, and for that we are grateful for having the pleasure to meet you.

Words can’t really describe the experience we had with Isaiah as our agent.
