I would never buy from here again. I purchased a bag here and the stitching came undone. I called Samsonite help line and they advised me to take the bag back and the store that i purchased it from and they would provide a refund. But Samsonite Brisbane Domestic they refused. Sue Chen was probable the most unhelpful specimen i have ever spoken to. She had no interest at all to help me. Sue Chen just acted dumb whilst i was trying to talk to her. The customer service was disgusting. WARNING. Do NOT buy from Samsonite Brisbane Domestic. If there is a problem they will never help you. BEWARE. Wendy Hong does not support Samsonite at all. All she does is rip customers off and turn their back on after sales support. I will be putting in an official complaint to Samsonite head office

I’ve never had such an amazing customer service experience. I called the brisbane domestic airport outlet and spoke to Wendy. Wendy has been an exceptional customer service lady. She not only price matched the product but also made it sure that I receive it on the same day. Great Comms too. I will highly recommend everyone to shop here. Even if you are not travelling through the airport you will get the product you need direct from the company. Thanks again Wendy!!

The Samsonite Brisbane shop has been excellent but Samsonite after sales is appalling. I was advised I would receive my item within 14 business days from purchase. It is now past that date and despite numerous voice messages emails and FB messenger message, I have been unable to speak to anyone or even get a reply other than a standard automated text that sent me to a page that just reiterated delivery times. I am still trying to get an answer .......

Have only ordered today but service was great - prompt and helpful. I had seen the shop at the Brisbane airport and contacted them later as they ship all over Australia - great to see and feel the product then get it shipped. Also good discount too . looking forward to getting it for travel .

SMALL SAMSONITE SHOP AIRSIDE AT BRISBANE DOMESTIC Good option for that additional last minute case / carry bag but is relatively expensive compared to downtown prices. This outlet is in the retail / food court area on the upper level (airside) next to the Qantas lounges.

Our purchase experience was fantastic. Wendy was extremely helpful & knew the product. Delivery was extremely fast. Although the courier did leave our $2,000 worth of new luggage on our front patio, when we weren’t home. No email, no phone call or text. Just left there.

Appalling service. Called samsonite helpline and was told to go into the store to get a replacement bag or refund but the staff refused even though the bag is covered by warranty. Rude and very unhelpful staff. Would not recommend this samsonite store at all.

This afternoon, I have been served by the most wonderful young girl called Vivien She has been so patient, kind and helpful; her delightful manner is rare. I am so grateful for her patience and sweet nature.
