TSA at San Antonio International Airport are the WORST. Not sure where they got their training, but they are very unprofessional, rude and not very observant. They do not communicate and talk rudely to people that pay their salary. They need more training in security and customer service

All the staff were quick, polite, and very helpful. Coming to any government office is all about managing expectations and being kind to the personnel. I’ve been here three times for badging and have been very happy each time.

The woman who works at the front counter is unbearably rude. Just because you don't like your job doesn't mean you have to take it out on the people who work at the airport.

TSA look out my medication and opened each bottle (mind you, this is heart meds. He was not allowed to do that. Thus, I filed a complaint

Wow. This place was ridiculously uncoordinated. The staff gave conflicting information and were sometimes rude.

Everyone was completely helpful and polite. They help me throughout the whole process.

Service is very slow, wish their system was a lot more faster and Efficient..
