If I could give no stars I would. They came out, were completely condescending, and did not help. They berated me for even needing their help, and left without resolving the situation. Worst experience I have ever had in my entire life. Will absolutely, most definitely be contacting the city manager first thing Monday. I am livid at the way I was treated and so so disappointed I ever held these people in high regards. They are completely worthless human beings in every sense of the phrase. All they did was give me TWO problems to deal with. Worthless, worthless, WORTHLESS.

These guys are truly amazing. Not only are they patient and kind with the elderly, hurt or scared they are beyond gracious and sweet with the community. These guys have helped us when our elderly neighbors have fallen and went above and beyond to make time to say hello to my son the morning of his birthday when we stopped by. Thank you all for everything you do and who you are for our community ❤️

Had the ambulance come to the house with 4 EMTs (2 in another truck) They help my Dad who was immobile and large. Professional, companionable, knowledgeable. One was Brooks didn't get the rest, bur they met me at the ER and stayed as long as they could to make sure Dad was good. Much appreciated.

Absolutely professional in their conduct. If you ever need to deal with these folks, rest assured, you are in good hands.
