"We loved staying here so much, that we extended our stay by 1 more night! Grant was so lovely and super accommodating to our requests! The fireplace was perfect, the view was perfect, the bed was a little stiff but you adjust"
"an amazing place to stay to relax in peace & quiet with nothing spared to make your stay totally comfortable with a rustic style done to perfection, the Loft cabin we loved so much we stayed a second night & didn't go anywhere else its that good"
"Excellent Accommodation"
"The room was lovely but dated"
"We paid $490 for two nights mid week"
We loved staying here so much, that we extended our stay by 1 more night! Grant was so lovely and super accommodating to our requests! The fireplace was perfect, the view was perfect, the bed was a little stiff but you adjust... The Jacuzzi, full equipped laundry, cleanliness of the loft... So many good things to be said... Will 100% be back, almost booked for the following weekend! Could totally live here! Absolutely beautiful, so homely, so peaceful and just wow. Still had a little bit of phone service, there's no WiFi here though guys so don't be fooled by the Netflix option on TV! Free to air TV or DVDs if you like to watch television! As this loft is more suitable to a couple 1 small flaw is, the couch should be more of an L shaped lounge, something you can cuddle up on in front of the fireplace! Other than that... 10/10!

an amazing place to stay to relax in peace & quiet with nothing spared to make your stay totally comfortable with a rustic style done to perfection, the Loft cabin we loved so much we stayed a second night & didn't go anywhere else its that good. featuring an amazing spa bath & a very comfortable four poster bed that you don't want to get out of, nothing spared including washing machine & clothes dryer with detergent. wood log fire in the lounge with a large supply of wood to keep it going, stove/oven fridge & reverse cycle split system air conditioner. no money has been spared here at the Healesville Sanctuary Cottages & although the price may seem a little high its well worth it, sit on the porch & listen to the birds & frogs at the beautiful pond. a 10/10 does not justify it enough & we will be back for sure from Adelaide...
Excellent Accommodation. Very welcoming with light's on and radio playing on arrival. We stayed in the sunset cottage and watched the sunset from verandah. Very clean, quaint, rustic, country feel. Carton of milkand loaf of bread and assortment of cereals and condiments provided. Comfortable beds nice big bathroom with spa. Would not heitate to come back again.

The room was lovely but dated. Bed super uncomfortable, bathroom window broken and banging with all the wind, toaster also not working properly. It's about 6kms out of town, so not ideal location but the gardens and grounds were stunning! We were very surprised to have been told to wash our own dishes or incur a $40 fee! When you're paying $560 for 2 nights I think that was a bit of a cheek!! We're away on holidays, last thing anyone wants to do on holidays is dishes....

We paid $490 for two nights mid week. We took the loft cottage that has the spa. Great couples accommodation as the whole place is open plan. Fire was great. Very warm. Everything worked. Radio and heater were on when we arrived. The floorboards have amusing and loud squeaks. Loads of wildlife around - the birds on the roof will keep you amused in the early morning. Washers in the taps in the shower could do with replacing.
I have ever stayed here once and been back for another visit and this is definitely one of the most beautiful place I have ever been too, especially late in Spring. Around the lake is beautiful flower and water hence. Some big eal in the lake but never seen a fish. A beautiful duck family were there at time. The price is cheap but probably not expensive but I would be back more if the price was 30 % lower.
I simply cannot speak highly enough of this place. Casey is lovely, she makes you feel right at home. The sanctuary is so beautiful, peaceful, cute, secluded and quant. I come from the UK so took me right back to the feeling of life in a cute farm Cottage. A romantic getaway in the loft with but now's running about :) we will definitely be back - simply did not want to leave.
Loved everything about this place. Cute and comfy. Peaceful location, quiet and private. Grant was awesome and very organised took a lot of stress off our trip. Will definitely be back for another visit

What a beautiful place. Stayed in the loft and it didn’t disappoint. We arrived on a cold winters day and the fire was on, radio playing softly. They leave milk and real coffee with a plunger. The big spa was perfect Gorgeous property, wildlife everywhere and the stars in the sky ……brilliant

Gorgeous place, amazing service from lovely staff! Definitely recommend The Loft - 3 levels of gorgeousness, complete with cosy fireplace, spa, comfy bed and all mod cons! They also have a lake where you can fish and goats you can pet - loved everything about it!

Stayed in the loft. Was nice and clean. Heater was on when we arrived. Wood was supplied for the fire place and we were surprised to recieve a fresh loaf of bread and a litre of milk. There was goats to feed and a small lake with a little jetty and bbq area close by. Over all was well worth the visit
Beautifully maintained and totally self sustained cottages nestled right next to the Sanctuary. Every cottage is a bit away from each other giving total privacy and a feeling of living within a leafy estate. With farm animals and wild rabbits hopping around, this place is straight out of a postcard!
An amazing place to get away. Well maintained cottages fitted with everything you could need. Every thought has been given to ensure a restful escape. Thank you, we will definitely be back !

Stayed in the loft. Charming and cute cabin style accom. Easy check in process. Feels super remote yet only 10m drive to Healesville and the wider Yarra valley is right there Will stay again especially when it’s a bit cooler to enjoy the log fire and spa pool
Had a short but enjoyable stay. Cottages are cute as, fireplace and spa all worked well. Bunnies and birds all over the place. No complaints at all.

Amazing view with great looking cottages. The owner gave us bread and milk. You can feed the goats with carrots and bread. The art in the cottages is amazing and you can buy some of it.

Comfort cottage with the beautiful autumn view surrounded. Only the breakfast wouldn’t be recommended.. only providing a 1litre milk with a bag of bread. The pool is no way utilised in cold weather
We stayed here with 4 adults. Flipped a coin to see who will get the single beds. The cottage is very cosy and the fireplace a nice touch. Its a very peaceful environment here.
Great little place, basic, good value and very handy for Healsville Sanctuary. However could have been a little cleaner and their pool area was quite shabby.
Lovely, well equipped cottages in peaceful surroundings, right on the doorstep of the animal sanctuary. The new owners were incredibly pleasant and helpful.
Great little cottage with little touches that made it a home away from home.
