The place is very cool, with good communication network, tourist areas and places for vacation trip. A business friendly environment. The weather is nice, so does the people. There is security of lives and properties. The place is nice. If you are planning to move to sangotedo, you must learn to be patient. As your movements will be very challenging, especially in the rainy season, because there's only a major road (lekki-Epe expressway) connecting the entire region to lagos metropolis. Traffic here could be very terrible and frustrating, so you need to always plan your outing.

Cool and nice site, still developing. But the roads can be a little bad because of the sharp beach sand. It is highly recommended for new families and growing children. It’s a fast developing site.
