Finding a store that stocks and is still concentrating on physical media is becoming a rarity in this day and age. Thankfully this one is standing strong and has a huge variety on the shelves. Really friendly staff that are more than happy to help and are more than willing to try and source that elusive title you have been chasing if it's not on the shelf. Be it CD/Vinyl or DVD/Bluray/4k. Also plenty for the readers, board game aficionados and jigsaw puzzle enthusiasts. Highly recommend on all counts.

Manager (Jacob) Customer service skills always above expectations. He is very efficient. It never appears to be an effort for Jacob to serve all levels of customers from our youth to our seniors. Those who use English as their second language which, can be very common and vital in any service area. Then of course any quick/common questions to complex orders. To sumarise each customer is treated with patience,dignity, and respect. Well done!!!!

Great experience. And excellent customer service. Very impressed that sanity in Glenorchy now offer Vinyl records for sale, although the selection is currently small, great titles are available. Still loads of Cd's, DVD's to choose from. And other merchandise such as posters, device accessories and box sets etc.

There was a customer there with the worst body odor I've ever smelled on a person ever!!! It was soooo strong and sour and garlicky, I had to leave Sanity. He must have come from Glenorchy or Chigwell or something because he sure smelled atrocious.

I pre ordered a movie and they we're right on track with notifying me as to when it was ready to collect.

Service isn't all that good. They don't often have what you want and they don't care either.
