She refused to serve my friend who had booked her for bridal package and last min (before three weeks) she called to say she wouldn’t be able to do it as she had other appointment. This shows their unprofessional behavior and how inconsiderate they are of other’s time and their big day! Editing after the response, the package sold to my friend was for 12k which is bridal package according to your own print (attached below) and you had taken 6k as advance as well. Also it is extremely unethical and unprofessional to tell a customer that they are not eligible or deserve your skills. Remember, respect your job and customers who help to run your business. She trusted you with her big day which is a huge deal in our Indian society and instead of apologizing, you are trying to prove the wrong as correct. I really hope you understand that it is an honor to be trusted by your customers. Not only did you just cancel her appointment (3weeks is very short notice to find another salon), on top of that you dare say she in not eligible?

I've been to the Parlor and I've personally experienced a great service from the complete team, I must say they are very professional and they do treat their customers with lot of care and maintain good rapport. They are very reasonable and very good in giving advices to the customers.. They just don't work for money but they do their job Passionately, which makes the customers to continue the bond... Thank you Sapna for your great work and for handling the jod professional, I can also say a great friend.. I wish you all the luck and may you be more successful in life. So continue what your doing and don't be upset if people throw insults on you. Surely you know that only trees full of fruits get stones thrown at them. All the best

She do not treat every customer equally, mostly I would say money minded. Despite booking her for bridal makeup package and paying her advance, She calls us and without giving proper reason she returned our money as it was conflicting with other's function. She overbooked for two appointments and took advance and suddenly deny before few days which is not at all professional. Accept bookings only for making your customer satisfy not for making money..

Post giving advance for bridal makeover she called me 3 weeks before my big day and informed me she already have an appointment and she'd have to go their to service that xyz cx. This is not a good sign of support she'd give to others at the Peak movement... Worst worst experience..I would not recommend her any further

It's a very nice place where you can relax yourself. Completely taken care of safety measures. Very happy with the service provided by vijju..They are highly equipped with the services and beautiful ambience.. Recommended for all..shall surely visit u soon again... thanks for your satisfying service..loved it.

Sapna is highly talented and well experienced Beautician.She has a good staff and ensures hospitality is maintained. Sapna understands individual requirements of clients.I have been taking her services from past 10years and referred to many of my friends and relatives.

Customer service is the best here, well maintained and would recommend to the people nearby to visit and experience the service, Sapna is patient and kind towards the customers. Had my bridal service also done here.

Beautiful salon, great hospitality, little pricy bt good service. Situated in a small lane bt easily found with the help of map & name board at the entrance of lane.
