This group of ratchet individuals are given one star only because you have to. Wish I would have reconsider before moving to this dump. When we viewed the place they had paper towels hanging on the window in place of curtains. When we moved in it was still there. We had problems with rats because it turned out that there were plenty of holes outside of the house that we did not see before moving in even hidden holes inside the house. When we called terminix about the problem they were the ones that found the holes. We informed the person in charge of handling the property and took them forever to make at attempt to view the problems at the property. Btw at the time i was pregnant and had little kids in the house we were all sick and vomiting all the time and had runny stools. Finally month’s later they decided they wanted to send someone to repair things who did not know what he was doing. One of the guys sent us a bill for roof repair, (which is was another repair issue that took 3 months to repair as the roof was leaking and our furniture and living room carpet was sucked). The other guy used a foam filler which the rats will just eat right through. Okay no problem but the foam contained a poisonous chemical and it’s only to be used out doors or within the wall for insulation according to Texas building code and he sprayed this while I had a new baby and keeps in the house. Chandra the owner of the ratchet company was informed about it and thought it was okay. I’m a nurse and if any health concern arises from this mess a law suit will gladly be filed against both parties. I guess she knew her role in her position because she changed her story real quick after receiving an email from my husband. Please, unless you want headache and stress and a property of no value run from these people. Very unprofessional, ghetto and ratchet. Chandra claimed to be the property manager and owner of the company but claims she had never been out to see the place I was staying at. Questioning me about the different problems in the house. So stupid and foolish, if you took pride in your company you should know what’s going on with it. Felicia I was told does not work there anymore. She was just as bad. Ghetto. Run and don’t do any business with these people unless you want stress and to be talked to crazy by the crazy woman Chandra. We requested the hole closed ending of January and its about to be April issue is not resolved.

As the Broker of Sapphire Realty, it is sad to see reviews when individuals don't tell the truth. Sapphire Realty is not a company that indulges in illegal activities and will not assist anyone in illegal activities, such as accepting monies under the table when Tenants are on Sec 8. Sapphire Realty Agents has the right to refuse service when we know there is illegal activity involves. Sapphire Realty has been in business for approximately 9 years and manages over 50 properties. The few negative post places a shadow over the company, but rest assure if you speak to the Owners and Tenants who have not posted a review, they will tell you that Sapphire holds you accountable. Sapphire Realty also tries to work with families, but they are running a business and can't be sympathetic to Tenants Financial Woes. Sapphire Broker has been managing owners' properties for over 17 years and they are proud of the way their properties are handled and that Sapphire is pro-active in removing Tenants not to cause a financial burden if the tenant is delinquent. To call someone unprofessional because they stand their ground puzzles me. New Home Buyers: Agents can only work with you if your situation allows. The responsibility of an Agent is to find you a home. If you tell an Agent not to contact you anymore after they have negotiated a contract, then they will not contact you. All I'm saying that is before you write a post about someone, please make sure that you are totally truthful in your review and the reason your Agent stepped back. The pictures below represent my home and the condition the Tenant left my home after moving out without paying rent or giving the proper notice.

If I could give a half star I would. The daughter of the company's owner is D'Adrea Sweatt, she was my realtor. When I tell you she absolutely did nothing. I closed on my house with the loan officer present not the realtor. She did not even find the house I wanted, I asked her to meet me at the community/builder, she signed in as my realtor so therefore she got paid to do nothing. She never called, she never checked on me, she did absolutely nothing. So after I tell her she did nothing apparently it hit close to home she decided to delete me off Facebook, she did not come to closing totally abandoned me in this entire process. But she continued to post pictures on her page of my home. This whole process was a mess! I would not reccomend this company at all. A realtor and their client should have a better relationship. A realtor is suppose to work for you in finding just what you want in a home. Well if you use her, she will not work for you. You pretty much do everything in your own. She is only working for herself.

Chandra Ware is the worst person to ever rent from. Those people lying!! I moved from Florida under the impression I’m getting the best location and the best condo. I’m in Oakwood Gardens!!!! The worst place! She changed my lease electronically, never went through the lease, barely responds to anything. My lease is up and im applying to other places, one place only hold applications for 24 hours and she told me that “she don’t work for them”? I’m losing money trying to better my situation for me and mine. Who does that? I called her and the owner about the many problems this unit had they got mad at me!!!! The air was out it took them over 1 1/2 to fix that. The breaker box STILL goes out, the fridge door is as broke moving in and it was advertised as new, the unit flooded,bi have documented all of this. Stay away from this vulture!!!!

Very unprofessional and unsympathetic. Chandra Ware is a horrible landlord, never knew who she was talking to when I contacted her about needing assistance in her rental home. Would take her time to reply to my needs as her tenant, but expected me to reply moments after she said something. I could go on and on about how disrespectful and unreliable she is. If I could rate a negative 5 I would.

Mrs. Shenathra Melhorn is a great hard working woman she answered all of my questions. She's very honest and is very much worthy of your realtor. If and when you're ever looking to buy or rent a home ask for Mrs. Melhorn God couldn't have chosen a better person to help us find a great home. Thank you Mrs S Melhorn

They have helped me with renting a house all the way to helping me become a home owner. I really appreciate these ppl, they stayed in contact with me and taught me things about real estate i would have never know

Very helpful team members, very friendly and informative when it came too purchasing my first home. And answered all the questions about protesting my property taxes in my new community. A+ compnay..!!

Unprofessional cant keep political views off of Facebook. Yvette especially. Constantly degrading the president. Will never use them or recommend services from the company.
