Terrible and untrustworthy travel… Terrible and untrustworthy travel agent. If I could give a 0 star I would give. I am under great stress at the moment. a travel agent has spoiled our entire holidays. we bought it eight months ago for one adult (mother) along with three children including18 months old daughter. The travel agent sent a copy of the reservation with 4 ticket numbers. A day before traveling when I tried to check online found out that my daughter's name is not appearing on the booking although her name was on the ticket sent to us. I contacted the travel agent, who said that as the daughter is traveling with her mother therefore her ticket is associated with her mother. On the flight day, we reach the airport with plenty of time before and found the same problem which the travel agent claimed that he has sorted it out. After an extensive 3.5 hours conversation with the travel agent and British Airways, they were trying to throw the blame on each other. The airline said that it is the travel agent's fault did not associate the baby ticket with the mother and the travel agent keep saying that he has sorted it out and asked to check the status. I have checked at least 40-50 times but found the travel agent was lying all the time. When the boarding was about to complete the travel agent asked me to check the other three passengers and the airline is resolving the baby’s ticket otherwise we will lose all our tickets. Once the boarding is completed, neither the month baby is left behind. I am sharing this painful experience with you so you must keep away from those cons. Please do not use these scammers, sasti flight, mytrip UK or check their website because they are operating with several other Now travel agent is asking for extremely high fare and not accepting his mistake and the airline keep saying it's a travel agent's mistake. As I am considering taking legal action against the travel agent and raising my issue to the authority to take serious action against the travel agent and revoke their license. I have now not enough money to buy an expensive ticket and do not know how to handle my little daughter without a mom. If the travel agent thinks this review is not correct then I can be contacted. They are aware of who am I and how they spoiled my family’s vacations.

customer service are ok friendly staff and prices for flights are good but if you need on time support they fail for this my brother booked with them tickets but he had problems with his nhs vaccine app and virgins airline don’t let him to fly just because his NHS app doesn’t work on the time of flight and I call Sasti flight office akib said he needs pay fare difference and he booked new tickets we pay £400 more for next flight the person from the office he booked and told us within 10 minutes we got new tickets because of night we said ok.but they didn’t send us tickets and next day morning they call me and said the virgin airlines didn’t booked tickets in the night and his tickets totally waste even they don’t give one way tickets money back and makes excuses when I try to speak person who booked akib he drop my call and gave phone to his other staff.so that’s mean because of there fault we loses £668 because of there careless response.just be careful if you booked with them they’re unprofessional they can’t handle emergency situations

We got a competitive price to go to Pakistan. It was connecting flight via Doha, The tickets were more expensive with other travel agents. Waqas was very helpful with our holiday dates. Unfortunately during the return journey to London Heathrow one family member missed the connecting flight from Doha and was stranded in Doha Airport. We managed to make contact with Sasti Flights via WhatsApp and requested to liase with Waqas to arrange another flight to London Heathrow. Waqas was very professional and supportive in this situation and was able to find an affordable return ticket within a few hours. Having access to Sasti Flights on WhatsApp kept the situation under control and gave the missing family member reassurance. As a family we have used sasti flights for many years and they are flexible with your requirements.

After a flight being cancelled. Was promised a refund by kiran, could not get hold of her. Chased her for MONTHS-they would lie and say she’s out the office, even kiran herself said she was not in when it was clearly her voicein the end after numerous amount of emails, sent a fb message and I said I will come down to their office. Few minutes later kiran calls. Saying the airline is not issuing the refund, which again was another lie as pia had no contact from them. After few weeks a refund was issued but that’s with non stop calls to this cowboy company! Zero customer skills! The lies they tell are unbelievable. Stay away Kiran you need more training in customer service!!!!!!!!!

Sasti flights are the worst travel agency in the world. My late husband bought a ticket from them to travel to Pakistan. He never made it onto the flight as he passed away the morning of his flight in October 2022. Up till now the agency has not bothered to answer my calls nor give me a refund. 6 months later I am waiting for a common phone call. NEVER BUY A TICKET FROM THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE DESPICABLE!

I have used them for years. When I was a single traveller, flying on single city trips, they were ok and their prices were ok. As a family taveller with multi city layovers, they are good to check with, as I have got really good deals with them. Customer Service definitely needs some training.

We've booked flights from the past and have currently booked one last week. We find their prices are cheaper than other travel agents and online. We will continue to book with them as long as they're prices are good.
