I started looking in to raising a claim with a firm online, emailing a few firms, signing up for god knows what so I was receiving quite a few emails in my spam and junk folder. As you do, I thought it was a scam but when I saw Satchell Moran Solicitors a few times I decided to give it a go and raise a claim eventhough I was hesitant as this was a random email. However, I am so glad I enquired because I won! Within a short ammout of time too! My case was taken on by the lovely Lauren where she provided constant communication, updates, support and advice throughout. I didn't have a clue on what I was doing but she handled absolutely everything and I did not have to worry or stress about anything. I got my claim sorted for me & MY FREIND. I TEXT Keya king she forwarded to the car claims , the girl that answered i think she needs retraining, she said the claim only worth £200 . I couldn't believe it 4 people in the car 2 claiming of driver. The police done their report & AMBULANCE. Then all the medical came back with spine damage jaw damage lots of damage to back, which the girl didn't even say she would wait for the rest of the hospital reports. I tried phoning twice on Friday & got no answer no answer machine. The first time with criminal claim went great x 2 but this motor one is very bad . Now I need to find another solicitor. I like to stay with the same solicitors im old school ! But if your not getting treated properly its bad for me & THE BUSINESS, the company will be loosing good business if this continues.

Ambulance chasers. Cold call you after buying your details off your immoral car insurance company and convince you to make a claim, promising no win no fee. 12 months later they call to say that they don’t think you’ll win but if you cancel it will cost you. Whereas continuing to go to court will likely cost you more. They have you over a barrel. They get their money. You get a massive bill. No Win Big Fee more like. Their poor job means that they are too inept to prove your case. So you have to pay. Satchell Moran solicitors get paid all the same. No wonder they want to sign up as many people as the possibly can - it’s just a ruse to get paid. They don’t care if you win or not as they make money. Charlatans.

I would like to echo the other reviews for this company and say the service was amazing from start to finish. From my initial contact, right through to resolution (Case won) the staff were nothing but clear and concise, when providing updates about my case, the timescales for contacting me and what the likely outcome would be. Satchel and Moran tell me I have a case against wmpolice and legal services bullying me. No legal aid available, leaving me vulnerable to the police bullying me with illegally altered police records etc.

I had a solicitor called Patricia working with me and was efficient and professional throughout the process. The receptionist were always happy to help and the team was quick with call backs for any queries I had. Overall felt comfortable with the whole experience . I think a big positive was that even when I went against the advice of the solicitor they allowed me to go with my option and not pressure me into a decision at any stage but would still advise and guide me at every stage.

Was in a crash and the solicitors my insurance provided where painstakingly slow dealing with the case.They took over 12 months to get an offer. Looked around online and found Satchell Moran.Within 2 weeks of contacting them my claim was settled. Dont waste your time with them after having difficulty signing the paperwork and my houisng neglecting the repairs dor minths there is no claim because they are now going to fix things , let alont the fact weve been left for minths in a mouldy flat , but apparently thats acceptable ..... avoid avoid avoid !!!
