I thought it would be hard to find a parking near the shop, but staff assured me there'd be one when I reach. And they did not disappoint. Much with the service and the staffs friendliness, they did not disappoint. Had my very old Specialized Epic serviced and some parts changed, packed in a box and ready to be shipped back home. I’ve been in a few bike shops and finally i found the best. Everyone working there are always helpfull and super professionals. I bought my bike there, they build it from scratch and it is perfect for a very good price. Any kind of defect you need they fix it and also give you advices. I will always come to this shop for anything related to my bike. Keep up the great work

Great service. The bike mechanic is very good, he is able to setup my bike professionally at a very short time and he is able to fix a problem of my other bike which the shop in our area(Sharjah) was not able to fix. Their pricing is very competitive and the staff are all very accommodating. Worth the trip and would gladly come back again for any bike service.

I love this shop because they always give me a good price and have excellent service. The technicians are very knowledgeable. I'm usually very picky because it is so easy to go to an over priced bike shop but luckily I was able to find this place. So far I upgraded a fold bike, fixed 2 cruisers and changed the stem on my road bike. .

Went to 4 bike shops today and this was the only place that manages to fix my son’s bike. Needed a nonstandard size screw for the bike and the guys in the shop managed to find a solution. Without a doubt the best bicycle shop in Dubai. I have taken my three bicycles for service and they have been returned to me completely new. They look like they were recently purchased and at absolutely amazing price. High standard. Youssef and his team treated me very kindly and professionally. I will return to the next service.

Was looking for a cycle for myself and jus landed in this shop which is not that big but obviously they have good bicycles and plenty of options in accessories as well. Small shop in the back alleys of Satwa but they know what they are doing. They assembled my road bike with fully integrated cabling within 4 hours at half the cost of other bike shops. Ask for Abdul. They even fix some problems with came up due to some mismatched components. Highly recommended.

Small set up but very professional bike shop! When you encounter some technical problems which are related to bikes, this shop comes into the place. From the very minor and trivial work, this shop’s technicians are more than happy to perform the tasks. Very much satisfying!

Best mechanics in town, ask for Ismail and Yousef. My road bike was making some creaking sounds, took it there and they immediately identified and fixed the problems. Very good price also. If you're looking for good quality used bikes they also have it.

Perfect service for fixing my bike’s wheel. Very friendly, cost effective . My bike didnt fit in my trunk... They offered to come to my house and fix it. They were at my house within the hour and dis a perfect job whilst we chatted. Just great!!!

I went to have the gears tuned up as well as brakes and when i got it back it has the same problem. Service fee is ok but quality of work is not. Will not come back to this shop. Not recommended to have your branded bikes get service.

I was not very happy with the place. Left my road bike for maintenance and for adjusting the gears (150AED) and I got it back worse than it was before. I will not repeat with them. Sorry!

Great quick service. Very low prices compared to other shops in town. Only issue is lack of parking which makes it hard when you have to park to unload and load the bikes.

This shop has good deals on used branded bikes which are still in good condition. The staff is very accommdating and friendly. The shop also services bikes.

Poor service, they tried to fix my gear and charged me but the problem was same and the guy refused to return the money. Will not suggest anyone to go there
