I must tell you all I found here outstanding service in all. All the staffs like Doctors, Nursing, cleaning, accounts, administration , Cafeteria, Dietician, physicians everyone give us outstanding service. I came here alone with my mom but I don’t fell alone , helpless because here I found 24/7 service. All the stuff were so much helpful that I don’t need to worry about anything. I was admitted a Month ago for My both Knee Replacement Surgery at Saviour Hospital. Dr. H. P. Bhalodiya is Just Exceptional. In my first meeting with him he cleared all my doubts and fears about surgery and Chetenbhai help us in all the admin related Process from the Day1. Day before surgery Anaesthetist Dr Tushar Shah came and meet which makes you calm down. Dr. Rushay’s everyday visit after Operation clear all your small and big question which go thru your mind. After my discharge on the next day oozing is started from the dressing site Dr. Rushay has sent immediate help at my home. I started walking from the very next day of operation and on the third day I climbed the stairs. I really applicate Dr. Pankita’s (Physio) passions with me and all non-stop Questions & Queries (during hospital stay & treatment at home). But today while writing the review I can manage to sit with my folding legs. Thank you. Dr. Sandeep Rahevar always available to solve yours complains. More business oriented hospital. The Doctors are may be well experienced. But proper advise to patients is lacking. At a time 6-7 operations are performed !!! The main Surgeon may not be fully available for all patients. Even the family is unsure who did the surgery. After operation, main followup should be from the main surgeons and not assistant doctors. Everyone must avoid any type of surgeries untill extremely required. These are called major surgeries involving lot of load on major organs. Considering the riaks, after surgery care is not good. There are no feedback calls or health follow up calls. The physiotherapists who attend after surgery are of low level. They bring students to train. Everyday new physiotherapist. They suggest both knee transplant together..but that may not be suitable for patients health. Overall not satisfied. Made mistake to come here.

Hospital is good. Services and nurse and staff members needs to be trained better. There is no proper in room facilities. Workers ask for money even if they are doing their own job. If someone needs to stay in hospital to take care , there is no bed to sleep. They give a very thin blanket type bed . I understand I'm not in a hotel, but I have seen hospital which has basic proper facilities. There was no pillow for 3 days for patients family. Helpers sleeping outside have 2 pillows. No concern for family members staying in hospital. For calling Nurse a buzzer is given; however, need to go there physically to call them. Bathroom has no soap to wash hands. Canteen food can be better in a pvt hospital. Many more things which could help. Hope they improve some things here, if not all. Hospital is good, but needs improvement.

My surgery was carried out at this hospital. I was given the right and minimal treatment. I was able to walk the next day and was able to climb up and down in a matter of two days. I was limping before and now, I walk straight post surgery. Dr Bhalodiya and his team are subject matter experts and are very caring. They are available anytime you need. The other staff at the hospital is also available for you for any assistance and that too with a smiling face. The other support staff too is helpful. I have had a wonderful experience with the physiotherapist, who supported me with the right and adequate exercise, which made me heal faster. I highly recommend Dr Bhalodiya and Saviour Hospital for any orthopaedic treatment.

The service & nature of all the hospital staff is very nice and remarkable. They are very helpful. My father is very foody and very particular in taste of the food. He is very thankful to Mr.Yash Choubisa who is in charge of canteen. His service was amazing. He was given Personal attention to the patient and food choice of patient. It was a wonderful experience, I have done both knee replacement surgery. I suffered from last 8-10 years. And i was so scared before this. But they motivated me a lot. Nurse & cleaning staff has done their job superbly. Cleaning was done in every 2 hrs. They treated us like Family. As specifically canteen (Mr. Yash- Manager) team was super powerful. Supported us like family. Canteen was so neat & clean. Food was perfect as home cooked especially Dal was mouthwatering. And its so reasonable that anyone can go and take full thali (Gujarati/Punjabi). Thank you so much entire team menbers of saviour hospital. I recommended everyone to please go blindly. they will take care everything.

Very very very bad experience ever. I have lost my father within around 16 hours of admission at 12:30 night on 23/08/2019 due to poor treatment by very low grade novice doctors and mannerless, inhuman, shameless, nexperienced nurses. They are busy in mobile phones rather than paying attention to patients.even in ICU. They kept us in dark otherwise I would have shifted my father to other hospital. I had also complained to management, but all are hands in gloves. May God save others. I wish I could give minus/inferior rating. My father died. Curse upon them. In the name of ICU, they are playing with lives of the patients. So do check what they are doing with the patients in the ICU.

If it is possible I will give 0 star, because they are only interested in money, patient & their pain (problems) doesn't matter. Doctor H. P. BHALODIYA SIR is not available in hospital, but hospital staff person Mr. Pavan give appointments, when I reach with lots of pain in knee, doctor is not available in hospital, reffer me to. another assistant doctor, so I don't recommend to who is in pain. It's too much costly hospital and not provide proper treatment so I will suggest that to another patient don't visit this hospital because it's only west of money Too much bad experience this type of hospital only do business not understand patient situation.

I did my father's both knees replacement at saviour hospital and the doctor Mr. Bhalodia sir is super duper cool. Always feels like is is elder brother and in each of his visit taking care of my father like his own father. I visited hospital for my father knee treatment. We came from Nadiad only by the name of Dr. H P Bhalodiya. But OPD will be conducted by unexperienced new joinee staff, even we requested to meet Bhalodiya sir but still they send other compounder like person and he visit us and said now you can go. It was unexpected experience with hospital. We visited this much long distance for proper guidance on our case but it was unsatisfied experience. Only knee replacement is not option. They have to guide us the proper way to treat. For that experience doctors needs to handle OPD.

Medical expertise may be accepted but Dr. Bhalodia never seen anytime even after six weeks of Surgery. I had decided for total knee replacement surgery at this hospital just because of Dr. Bhalodia. Dr. Bhalodia should spare time for the patients, who pays thick amount on his name. How can I recommend this hospital, where the principal surgeon is never seen. No support Staff is available once you step down the hospital. Very poor management. No post operative support. Mr. Bhalodia needs to start involving himself even after getting a thick purse in his pocket.

Never go to this hospital, cashless mediclaim rejected because of poor documents, hospital needs renovation, charges are higher. Charging admission chare and surcharges which is not covered in mediclaim. Charging 40k in advance before admission. I was on 3rd floor 303 room number, bathroom stinks, small flies in room, nursing staff was too bad. Never attend on time. Just ignore this hospital.

One of my family member had a knee replacement in this hospital. We asked them for appointment for dressing of the surgery area. They suggested to give home service for the same. After doing the dressing the doctor asked for ₹500 for home visit, we were not informed about the charges earlier and even they do not provided the bill for the same. Complete pre and post operative care was taken by Panels of health experts as well as food staff. Delicious hygienic and healthy meal was served by Mr. Yash and his staff, with proper care.

Superb services! The staff on the 7th floor, especially Caretaker Manushen were courteous and cheerful. The cafeteria staff was careless and the cafeteria was not clean. The security persons were duty bound; but lacked smile and politeness. Overall experience was very good.
