I visited on 3 occasions in the last 2 weeks. Predominantly young assistants. Service is variable. Anna was an outstanding professional who happily helped me try on several dresses, patiently looked for sizes both in store and interstate and provided professional and courteous advice. On another occasion no-one approached me despite me being in the store for 10 minutes (2 staff members were chatting with each other). On another occasion assistant was disinterested and borderline rude.

Had a surprisingly lovely experience in Scanlan and Theodore at Burnside Village yesterday with a sales assistant called Anna. She was so helpful in helping me choose a dress. I am not a regular size and never once felt out of place trying on their clothing. Thank you Anna.

Sunday 17th Sept I visited the Burnside store with my friend and her daughter to find a dress for her daughter's wedding. The assistant was so helpful and we appreciated her help she went out of her way to make my friend feel comfortable. Thankyou.

Greeted on entering and offered assistance. Grace was very professional and had some great suggestions showing me a variety of dresses that were suitable for the occassion. Very happy with my purchase and will definitely return. Thank you.

A family friend attended the store over the weekend. Misleading prices and discounts were display and sale priced not honoured. Store manager Grace has rude and not helpful. Don't recommend visiting.

Good store but would love some mirrors in the change rooms. It's not always comfortable coming out of the change room to a full store not knowing how you look in the item/s.
