Not really professional and active people work here. Well at least judging by the employee Rashad. Sluggish, not prepared, I was with my girlfriend and we were shocked. Instead of coming out to us prepared with prices, etc. He had to go about 5 times inside. I also wanted to see car trunks, he moved one car, but not the others. I could not understand if I could move them myself, test drive, etc. Nothing was offered. Perhaps its because we said 15k is our budget. What really made me writing this review is when I messaged him politely on whatsapp the next day, asking for specific characteristics of a potential car we could have bought from them, instead, I got a few hours later a link to their website. AND THATS ALL. wow. I was shocked. No hello, no respect at all, a spit into the face. Was it hard to send some options, try for the client? Is it something too hard? I had experience with audo dealers but this was the worst and had me done. Do they really expect people to buy something after this? Perhaps people who consider this " good and polite service" are fine with this, but this is definitely mind boggling. Look at Europe and Middle East. They at least try to run after the client and not vice versa.

I bought this beautiful car and I am more than satisfied! This dealership provides a great service from the beginning on. I had a small budget and was trading in my car. We took a look around the cars and found this beautiful Ford escape. I’ve been well informed about the car and shortly after I had the keys in my hands and was able to drive off! It was super easy to trade in my car. I even was able to take the Ford for a test drive after giving a small deposit for safety reasons which is totally reasonable! They have a lot of cars so if you really want to buy a car you will find one fitting your needs and budget. It was worth it to drive almost two hours but it is rare to get such a good service nowadays and being told what the status of the car is. Many dealers would sell you a car blindfolded! All of the employees are honest and they do more than expected!!! I’ve got a new sets of tires because as I said they are honest and wouldn’t have let me drive off with the old set! They have checked the car for the main parts before handing me over the keys. Never had such a good service for a used car! I can just recommend it to everyone who needs a car!!

I got my first car here and Omar was an amazing help! He's such a great salesman with great energy! I am so happy he randomly came in that day, because I didn't even notice her until he pointed her out and told me all about her. And I fell inlove immediately, she is such a beauty!! She's the Best first car I could ask for! The managers were great as well with good energy too, it was a great vibe there all around! They had her ready for pick up in quick amount of time too, I was pleased. New tires and new engine, they made sure she was good to go!! My Girl runs so smooth and drives like a beast!! And I haven't had any issues with her since I got her 4 months ago. (Knocks on wood lol) Everytime I drive by here, I wave and say thats where I met my girl for the first time!!! And the rest is history!!!

Very bad customer service. Me and my friend went their for buying a car and we were planned to buy a mazda which we found in the website of this showroom. After we inspected the Mazda, we saw a 2 civic cars. I asked one of the staff to show that cars open and he rejected. He said that I should assure him to buy that Civic if he opens the car. I told him that I can’t assure just by seeing the exterior and he didn’t opened the car. After understanding that we were international students he was indifferent. Its my experience and I don’t know if any other also have the same experience. I don’t know his name so Im not mentioning him. At least its a basic manner of every business to treat the customers equally.

As a first time car buyer, stumbled upon this place and was so happy to have had the opportunity to meet Lance. He provided great customer service, was very patient while I went through many cars in the lot. The car I finalized was well maintained, very clean had detailed records. He was truly amazing, walked me through the complete detailed process of car buying and I’m so glad to have found a such a good used car which feels like home to me! Lance helped with everything possible from getting license plates registered to getting a loan from a reputed bank at a very good rate. I am writing this review after 9 months and 9000 kms of my time with this car which hasn’t given any trouble ever!

I bought a car 1 week ago and before I even left the lot the AC didn’t work. They were informed and tried to put Freon in it when it just poured out the bottom. They said they would cover the cost to fix it and it is still not fixed. They told me if I wanted a new compressor put in it I would have to pay half. They never apologized about this situation or what this has caused for me and my family. This service has deterred me from wanting to ever buy a car with these people again and their customer service is horrible as they hung up on me multiple times when we were trying to get this resolved. Don’t ever buy a car with them you will regret every part of it.

Writing this review 8 months & 9000+ KMs after purchasing our car from Lance. He was amazing! It was our first time buying a car and Lance walked us through the process in detail and answered every question, and we had a lot of questions. About the car, Lance showed us a few cars and let us know the history of it and I am pleased to say we picked a very good car. All paperwork was in place and Lance also managed to get us a good interest rate for auto loan and made the process very smooth for us. He also gave us some pointers about cars and useful advice about insurance too and managed to source a super cheap set of steel rims and winter tires.

For spending nearly $10,000 on a 2014 Kia I expected way more to be done. I recently purchased a 2014 Kia forte koup and the steering is very unsafe, not sure if they are fake safety the cars they sell but the tires on the car were so worn out it messed with the alignment of my car. Also the way Rashad (one of the salesman) was very weird to talk to and not comforting or friendly at all. They do very little for how much you’re spending on the car The only good thing I can say is the boss of the dealership is nice and polite to talk to and they have a good selection of cars
