My wife is uncomfortable to use this station even though it is directly next to our home because of all the homeless people that are always yelling or doing something out of the ordinary. She is often the only one at the station aside from some of these homeless people who are sketchy and strung-out. She has expressed to me the fear that they might try to jump into the shuttle with her and do something to her where she cannot escape.

The web always says the status is ok! But the gates always locked around 5:30 on weekdays it's never working and I had a bad experience where it actually broke down on the bridge!!!

Homelessness is the perfect description for this station!
