Went to scooptacular a few days ago for the first time. Reagan was the girl that helped me. SHE WAS AMAZING! She greeted me cheerfully and asked me if it was my first time visiting. I was so indecisive but she helped me through my ice cream selection process. She asked various questions to see what types of flavors I liked, talked about the flavors she enjoys, and recommended I try at least 5 flavors (I tried 6 to 7 flavors and she was so chill about it) with it being my first time there. She was so personable and showed she cared so much about my experience being the best. She went above and beyond. Reagan takes her job seriously in the best way possible. With her positive attitude, upbeat personality, and best customer service you could run into, she comes off as though she loves her job, this is her passion, and she truly enjoys helping customers no matter how indecisive they are, which is so important! She is a gem! Instead of buying a scoop (which is what I originally came for), I ended up buying (2) quart containers of ice cream ($12.99 for 1 quart). The flavors are so delicious and spot on! I thought I would be limited to one flavor per container. No! Reagan then offered to add more than one flavor per container if I wanted (4 flavors total)! Wow! Of course I accepted. Then she asked if I wanted the flavors layered (like a cake) or half and half (went with half and half as u can see in the pics). This girl truly goes above and beyond for the customer. She was putting freshly scooped ice cream in these containers and made sure to constantly push the ice cream down to ensure I got the most. She made sure to pack those quarts full, so much so, they were heaping when she went to put the lid on! I had ate some of the ice cream once I got home as you can see a bit missing from the containers but they were super full. And after everything was paid, she came out from behind the counter to open and hold the door for me. I was more than able to open the door myself but that's what I mean when I say she goes above and beyond for the customer. She is an excellent employee and leads by example. Reagan, you are doing an amazing job and are the best employee scooptacular could have! On a side note, I have since consumed 1 ½ tubs of ice cream in a few days . All the flavors are absolutely delicious and I have effectively gained weight! I got coffee (which has choc chips and pecans in it ...my fave), coconut, and thai tea. I included pics of a bath and body work candle next to a quart so you can see how big the container is and how much ice cream you get in a quart. Definitely give this place a try and get Reagan if you can! Delicious ice cream and excellent customer service!

We got there and waited our turn while deciding on what to get. It was our first time being there so all the choices looked so good! After seeing "tortugas" ( I think his name was Josh but I remember his nickname better) But after seeing tortugas nice interactions with the 2 customers in front of us, I felt a lot more comfortable asking him a question. Being a shy person that is a huge step outside of my comfort zone. So our turn came and I asked him about the abuelita ice cream I've heard so much about. He said that it wasn't available anymore and gave us a recommendation for something similar. One taste of the free sample and I was sold. I also asked for a scoop of taro. He offered to give me a sample but I said I'll take my chances. And it was so good and refreshing!!! I gave my husband a try and he said it tasted like cotton candy. Tortuga said that favor is funny everyone tastes something different. So if you go there try the taro and comment what you taste. He also mentioned to us they make their own ice cream there. Will definitely go back!! Tortuga definitely deserves a raise he has wonderful customer service!!

We came here to try it out I got excited when I seen the "superman icecream " also another reason for coming her was for the taro! I got the play Dough one thinking it was super ice cream and it wasnt the ice cream was a cream flavor very light on the pallet! Taro was taro lol but a little grainy but still so delicious them both was the best they complemented each other very well. The staff was super friendly they let us have samples to figure out what we liked. It was 8pm and it was a little busy but not bad. Place was a little dirty like the wall by the trash can and the trash can its self looked dirty and full other then that.I would definitely come again but try something different this time.

Love. Love. Love. Love. Scooptacular. They are super duper sweet and super duper cheap. I love the workers they are trained very well. The sweets are delightful and the place is perfect to bring ur kid 10/10

Been going here off and on since opening day. Miss having tables to sit inside and the cute little kids table. When you walk in the fresh sweet smell hits your nostrils and you know your in for a treat. prices are a little high but worth it. Very friendly helpful staff. There are so many flavors it's over whelming. There's a stepping stool for the kids to look into the ice cream freezers . This little inflatable in the window had my daughter giggling at the door gotta love all the extras!

Hands down my favorite ice cream place! The ice cream is SO silky and soft! They always have new fun flavors. The people there are above and beyond kind and genuine. Last time I had their matcha ice cream and this time they recommended Thai tea (pictured) and it was spot on what I was looking for! They always let you sample so many flavors and they’re so patient as you decide. The ice cream is 10 bars above all other ice cream and the people who work there set the entire experience apart.

Hands down, one of my all time favorite ice cream places EVER. My husband loves their cookie monster ice cream and this is the only place we've been able to find it. My favorites are the mint chocolate chip (it's not green, FYI - it's tan and it is killer), the rocky road, and they used to have a strawberry chocolate chip that was amazing. Very gluten free friendly and well educated about it as well. Scooptacular is the best!

There was a wait, only one guy was helping the customers. I asked for the coconut Boba and it was missing like some on the top, and when I asked a young lady, she told me it was because it was over ice instead of blended which still doesn’t make any sense of why there was still missing product on the top. The staff was very nice though, but I’m not gonna spend my money if I’m not gonna get the full product.

Fantastic little hand made ice cream place. Staff is very friendly, prices are good, and the ice cream is delicious, especially the Laveen Concrete.

This was our first visit. Hubby had a shaved ice that he enjoyed and I had two scoops of chocolate overload. Great ice cream and ices and friendly staff but can be a bit loud when kids are there. But it's something you can expect and can be overlooked. Really enjoyed and we will be back!!

Very friendly staff! Everytime we enter we're greeted with a smile. The staff is also great at recommending flavors to try and engaging customers while keeping the line moving steady. Definitely recommend! Pictured is the Chocolate coffee ice cream with pecans. Delicious!

The customer service from Josh at Scooptacular was fantastic! He quickly offered free samples before I even thought of asking, was very friendly, called me “Miss” and opened/closed the door for my kids and me. This is the best service I’ve seen in literal years.

The ice cream flavors were delicious and filled my craving. I love that the ice cream is made in house. The employee who worked with us was a delight and made my ice cream just right. She made my night! Flavors: Caramel Apple and Cherry Cheesecake = Soooo Good.

I have been coming to this place for years and have always absolutely been happy with every single one of my experiences. Super delicious and creative flavors. Whoever came up with oatmeal cookie deserves a medal. Most delicious ice cream I’ve ever had.

Clean. Welcoming. Great staff. Wonderful product. Sadly, this guy was swamped because he was alone, but that's the first time I've seen that. I liked seeing the place so busy. He handled everyone and everything very well. GO!!!

As always, the staff were energetic and friendly eager to serve a wonderful product. One of the great gems of the city and I'm proud to have these business owners as a part of my community. Keep up the great work guys!

First time visiting here. Let me say the cashier serving us was amazing. The boba drink was simply amazing !! I didn’t get the name of the lady serving us but she did have amazing earrings of ice cream cones!!!!

This is my favorite ice cream place. The facility is clean and the workers are nice and patient. I always go for birthday cake. They also use boba straws for their shakes, which was a big hit with our group!!
