I am writing this review to express my extreme disappointment with Scorpion Property Real Estate Brokers, the real estate agency that I entrusted to handle the sale of my apartment. Unfortunately, my experience with them has been marked by unethical practices and broken promises. When I initially engaged, their agents assured me that I had the option to reconsider my commitment if my apartment didn't sell within a certain timeframe. This promise gave me a sense of security and confidence in their services. However, as time went on and my property remained unsold, it became clear that their commitment to their words was far from genuine. To make matters worse, despite their inability to sell my property, I was unable to recover the substantial advance payment of 100,000 AED that I had provided to them. This unexpected turn of events has left me not only frustrated but also financially burdened. It's disheartening to realize that the agency's assurances were merely a facade to secure their own interests. The lack of transparency and accountability displayed by the 2 agents is deeply troubling. As a client who placed trust in their abilities, I expected them to uphold their promises and to act in a professional and responsible manner. Regrettably, their actions have not reflected these principles. I strongly advise anyone considering working with [Agency Name] to proceed with caution. My experience has shown that their promises are hollow, and their commitment to client satisfaction is questionable at best. The way they have handled my case is a clear indication of their disregard for ethical business practices. In conclusion, my engagement with Scorpion has been a regrettable experience. I hope that by sharing my story, others will be spared from similar disappointments and financial setbacks. It is my sincere hope that agencies like Scorpions are held accountable for their actions and that clients' trust is treated with the respect it deserves.

Left our JBR studio to be managed as a short term let by them. Fake maintenance receipts, fake bills. Example include a 1500 AED bill for water and electricity and 2000 AED for a smart lock costing 360 AED. Also, we were told the property was empty for 2 months (who knows). When asked to produce a comprehensive report, awaited a week to get a spreadsheet with random numbers. Seems like, their model consists of taking advantage of people not permanently living the UAE. People, be aware and choose a different agency to work with.

The experience with Anupam was commendable. He helped with selling and buying, both experiences were great. Straight forward and clear communication, what is promised gets delivered. Very knowledgeable about the market, all predictions made actually happened. Understand the market very well and have great insights and information about what is going on. The advise given proved to be accurate and beneficial to all parties and ended up in successful closures. Great advisor to depend on.
