John Heyer (father and son) do an exceptional job as funeral directors. They make the entire process of organizing all the funeral arrangements as seamless as possible. They listen to the type of service the family would like, offer suggestions and then they put the plan into action ensuring all our requests are met.They were in constant contact with me every step of the way. They have serviced my family for years and the fact that I call them each time I lose a loved one says a lot! Their professionalism and compassion at such a difficult and sad time, especially with my most recent loss, was greatly appreciated. John’s parting words at the cemetery were beautiful and inspiring and gave us much comfort and a sense of peace. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

I'm writing this now, while it's all still fresh because I'm so blown away. John at Scotto's has been so unbelievably gracious with me and my family as we've dealt with the suicide of my brother.
