My review of Rob Lewis is easy- he IS the agent you want working for you when selling your home. We have had a few homes over the years and this property in Rosebud was more unusual than the average 4 bed home sale (7 bedrooms over house and 2 cabins, art and music studio on an acre of gardens & lawn). After months with another agent, then giving it a go ourselves (we'd done it before), we signed with Rob and Seachange Property. From that point on the gears changed. They worked within our constraints of an operating B&B and our requirements (like no big signs, using our own promotion photos already in place/money spent (added to later), private inspections not open houses etc etc - and did it well!. Rob is the most active agent on his client's behalf I have experienced. We had more inspections than previously and those that did come through were actively followed up and 'worked' as far as they could go. After we got the offer, he worked that buyer to a point we could accept. Don’t go with anyone else! We had previously signed our property to another well known agent in the area who failed to sell our home for the duration of the contract. We then decided to re-launch with Rob at Seachange. Rob immediately showed he had a positive and proactive energy - reaching out to a wide range of potential buyers that he already new were looking to purchase in the area. Despite us being in a different state, Rob kept us informed and did all the running around for us on the ground.
