Firstly they don't have eft, Secondly they never turn the lights on so you think they are closed at 6pm. I have not bought from there over a dozen times because they don't have eft. Food is great and service is too. Shame your happy to lose customers money over not wanting electronic funds and tax receipts

Best I've had since the 80's in Gaffney St, Coburg. FRESH OIL, Excellent taste, Well priced, Clean, Always busy so you know fresh produce in and out, They DO HAVE EFT and for those of you complaining their phone runs busy all time, how can you not see this as a massive positive?

Best fish and chip shop in Melbourne, they are just so generous. The staff are super lovely. The food is absolutely delicious could not recommend this place any more 10 out of 10 I recommend travelling for this place if you have too. And everything is a 10 out of 10 More

Great fish & Chips (except their potato cakes.) Incredibly frustrating trying to place an order though, they hardly ever answer the phone. You can ring a dozen times and not get through even when it's not a busy time of day.

I routinely get my grilled barramundi which is my go to favourite and it’s always cooked well , large and worth the price ! Friendly courteous service each time More

ordered 5 crab stick that I never received, called the store and was told I would get a call back for my 'refund'. I never got a call back or received the refund.

Not a fan - Burgers were cold, cheese not properly melted. Flake and Potato Cakes Oily. Gave it a try but will go back to our regular. More

Used to be great, and that's a wrap for good takeaway in Greenvale because there is literally no good takeaway in this suburb these days.

5 stars for the grilled fish. ZERO stars for service. Absolutely no system. Expect to wait 45-60 minutes in the shop for your order!

Been coming here since I was 13 or 14 now 26.. same owners.. above average for a local fish shop & prices are decent can't complain

It's very popular... if you get thru the phone on a Friday/Saturday night consider yourself lucky... consistently good
