I occasionally suffer from mild lower back pain, due to a training injury sustained last year. Being self employed, and working primarily from home, I began to experience pain from prolonged use of the (basic) work station I was using. I decide to contacted seated (amongst others) to see if I could improve my workstation to provide better posture support. The staff at Seated were very, very helpful over the phone and actually invited me to visit their showroom in Paddington, to trial a new set up. (including chair, mouse and keyboard!) The showroom itself is quite funky, and the staff were extremely helpful and informative, they were even so kind as to set everything up for me and let me have a test run prior to purchasing. This was a massive bonus for me! I ended up purchasing a mouse, keyboard and a brand new chair, and am happy to say this has greatly alleviated my lower back pain, and provided me with a better workstation. Overall, I was extremely happy, both with the Seated products, and especially, the professional and friendly service I received from Marcus. So thank you Seated! Your product and customer service exceeded my expectations!

If I could give a 6/5 I would. (Disclaimer: I can't speak for shipping, as I bought express in store) TLDR: Probably the best customer service I've experienced, I knew exactly what the terms and conditions were and felt I was able to make an informed decision with assistance from staff. I had set aside a day to visit a list of ergonomic chair stores. After the amazing customer service at Seated I knew I didn't need to look any further (They were first on the list). I was able to inspect all the chairs with complete freedom and staff were ready to assist if needed. On my first visit I spent around an hour in store and felt welcome every moment, I had lots of questions and never felt any of them were "stupid questions". I came back a few weeks later and spent around 30 minutes more inspecting the Mirra 2 Butterfly Office Chair (with arms) and decided to purchase it. After testing the chair at home it was clear the arms wouldn't work with my current desk setup, I asked for an exchange and I picked up the model without arms and the process was completely painless. 10/10 would recommend.

I suffer from backpain, when my last ergonomic chair suddenly broke -after two-years' intensive working from home usage, I wanted something more durable even if more expensive. My initial experience with Seated was somewhat disappointing - after waiting 2 weeks for my custom-made chair to arrive only to be told that I have to wait another 1.5 week because the headrest was not shipped, the weekend receptionist suggested there isn't anything can be done, but I am not willing to endure another 10 days of back pain, I was ready to cancel and buy something immediately from Officework. Luckily I spoke with Ed - the project director, he was really understanding and friendly, he offered to fast track my chair and meanwhile offered a temporary chair from the show room to be delivered to me all FOC until I receive my own chair. This is the kind of service excellency that I look for and although I have not gotten my chair, I am confident it will be top of the rank quality and customer support. Thank you Seated - especially Ed!

In regards to the online store, this is one of the worst, most unprofessional companies I have had the misfortune of dealing with. We ordered and paid for a sit-stand desk for one of the taller members of staff from Seated over a year ago. They contacted us shortly after to say that they didnt actually have stock of this particular desk and proceeded to provide suggestions that did not come close to meeting the height requirement and specifications we provided. After over a year of back and forth (and that was when they bothered to respond), they have finally agreed to provide a refund, but not without a VERY smartarse team member named Marcus, sending some unprofessional and pointless emails. We'll see if the refund ever eventuates - if not, I'll be contacting the ACCC about this joke of a company. If you do make the mistake of using them, I recommend contacting them before paying for anything on their website to check that the item is in stock or even exists. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I'd researched online so I knew they had a good range and happy clients. And I've narrowed down what I'm after after a few years, waiting for the right bargain.... Eventually your back tells you, "it's time, life's too short for back pain and damage from sitting ". Bought instore, I drove away with an ergonomic office chair from the super informative, helpful, patient, new guy (Nick? Chris?) And what I probably appreciated most was simple genuine helpful knowledge ( he knew every switch and nuance to all the chairs) and the care he took to answer my myriad curious and perfectionistic questions. Ah, and MOST importantly, how to sit in the right on each model. I have tried many chairs in many stores, and finally had my Goldilocks Moment. with no sales pressure either. Some magical chairs in there. I tried then with my back as tired as it gets - the day after a 24 hrs Economy class trip. I felt fixed just sitting well in the chair he recommended. Totally enjoyed that. Thanks!

We are pleased with both the friendly service and the chairs which we recently bought from Seated . Rang one day because our existing office chairs are uncomfortable and I suspect causing my lower back problem . Spoke with Markus who i think is the principal and who i learnt during the conversation is a physiotherapist . I explained our problem He was familiar with our existing chairs and then suggested that web take on trial the Ergo Select spark mid back chair . We bought 4 and I,m pleased to say that apart from finding them much more comfortable , my back problem has almost completely gone . We really liked being able to trial the chair for a week before and also receiving such a quick next day delivery with an assurance that the chair could be returned if not suitable

Purchased an Aveya chair from these guys and super happy that I did, my requirement was I wanted a nice chair that was ergonomic and very comfortable at the rice price point. I started off looking online at import knock offs which was my first mistake to then sitting in an IKEA chair for several months which led to a hamstring issue as the chair was too hard on my hamstring. Really happy the chair came within 2 weeks, I was able to customise the chair the way I wanted with colour, additional foam and the fact I was able to remove the wheels was awesome as this sits nicely on carpet. No issues with the staff they were all very helpful when going onsite and on the phone. I would recommend these guys again if you want a good quality chair!

Terrific service from the folks at Seated! I needed a new ergonomic chair for my working from home situation and the website was very easy to browse and had many options to choose from. I also liked how you could customise my chair choice - everything from the wide range of colours and fabrics, to whether I wanted chair arms or even the type of coaster depending on the floor it would be rolling on! I was able email with the Seated crew about my selection, and their quick responses to my queries combined with the click and collect option made the whole purchase very quick and totally stress-free. (PS they do contactless delivery at a very reasonable price if you cannot collect it from their warehouse!)

I've had the pleasure of Marcus and his team assisting me with the installation & servicing of my electric stand up desk over the last 2 years and it's been great. The team have always been very helpful, enthusiastic and responsive to all my queries every single time. I've required replacements, a few add-ons from time to time and some help when the controllers got damaged and they have been fantastic in sorting it out all the time. I'd recommend Seated to anyone looking for office solutions. Marcus is a pleasure to do business with. I work from home and needed advice on the best office chair to support my back. I used Seated to assess our Companies Workspace, the Physio trained team visited our offices and checked the staff at their workstations. We wanted a Modern mesh style chair and Seated suggested the most ergonomic option that looked great and suited the Staff. They also individually recommended equipment for each staff member including footrests, keyboards and mice. The Seated service was excellent and they trained the staff onsite when the chairs were delivered, which was unexpected and gave our business added value.

I have been experiencing lower back problems for a long time. Injections, physio, lots of time off work. I was put in touch with Seated through my O.T. Seated's physiotherapist helped me find a chair and height adjustable desk that worked for me better than everything else I've tried. Because of this I have been able to return to work. The Workfit TL Sit Stand Desk has been a fantastic addition to my home office. I feel so much more energised now standing and moving around as I work. Upon ordering it, I was pleasantly surprised to have it delivered the next day. A member of staff then helped me to set it up, showing me how to adjust it properly for my height. I work from home and things there were pretty dated. Had heard about Seated from a friend of mine. Was pretty happy to find out I could trial office equipment from them so I tried a few things out.
