If I could give 6 stars out of 5, I would. My husband and I worked mainly with Eli Masud and Jarret Jarvis, and we could not have asked for a better team. From the very start, Eli and Jarret would take the time to explain market trends, provide advice and info about what to look for and what to avoid. We had our ups and downs during the house hunting process (as it notoriously goes in the Chicago housing market), but we never felt unprepared or alone when navigating murkier waters. By the end of what seemed like an endless search for the perfect place, we considered Eli and Jarret more as friends than as real estate agents. In addition to superseding our expectations in terms of their job roles, Eli and Jarret would make sure we felt that our wants and needs were being heard. We always had the peace of mind that they had our backs, and would go to battle for us if need be. They truly made this experience of buying our first home one that we will always look back on with fondness, and for that we can't thank them enough. After my experience with Eli at Second City Agents, I know I have an agent for life. During an emotional time after the passing of my sister, Eli showed amazing patience, support and empathy for my family while we cleaned out her townhome to get it ready for listing. Eli provided great contacts in the city for a maid and carpet cleaner and handled the sale of the townhome without any hiccups. Jarret went above and beyond in his efforts to help and offer insight on neighborhoods/fees/avg rental prives/etc. while looking for an apartment. Himself and SCA created a personalized page that included all my must haves that would filter apartments and provide notifications on the ones I had interest in. It was easy to search through the apartment list and setup showings. Without the help of Jarret and the SCA team I would have been scrolling through apartment listings all night.

Before I met Eli, I had to haul around my window ac unit twice a year, go down two flights of stairs every weekend to do my laundry and spend hours hunting for a parking spot if I came home too late. Needless to say, the rental life was not for me. With Eli’s help, I became a homeowner before turning thirty. He understands the market, the process and what needs to be done to make it stress-free for you. Eli and his team makes things happen. You won’t regret a conversation with him!

Nazy was amazing to work with! She was very knowledgeable, honest, transparent and also very responsive to all our questions and concerns.
