Today was my first time here. They offer parking and a great location. I wasn't sure what to expect as I must say I'm use to having females do my nails, however, I was amazed the 2 gentlemen did a better job than I could had even imagined! The older gentleman did my pedicure and he used different tools. He took his time, I was not rushed I was in there for over an hour. My feet felt like a baby's bum he used a buffer type machine and the dead skin came off my feet. Then I moved to the son which gave me my manicure. He shaped my nails naturally and they look so perfect you'd think it was shellac. I cannot stop looking down at my hands. Beautiful work. I saw them cleaning and sweeping in there, so I knew it was clean. This business is focused on looking down at your nails and focusing on making your nails look gorgeous. They asked me my plans for the day and they were friendly, however, I could tell they wanted to do the best job on your nails and to me that's what customer service is all about! They are always watching movies . I give this place 4 stars only because it needed some renovations inside but lets face it times are tough. $45 for mani and pedi for me is worth every penny. Also normal customers go here. I met another lady and believe me normal is good I'll be going back for sure. Thanks Secrets Nails!!!

I was a little nervous to switch nail salon because i’m always so use to my regular one but after seeing the amazing job the Jon does I decided to give it a try and the first time I went there Jon was the one who did my nails, he asked me if I wanted sparkles on my acrylics which I never had before and kinda was nervous because I didn’t know if it would look great but it looked amazing, the next time I went I got this older lady (idk her name) but she did an amazing job on the square shape & once again Jon was there and he put the sparkles on my acrylics again. my favourite nail place to go to

I cannot say enough good things about this salon & the people who work + own it !! As someone who has been getting their nails done for overr 10 years I've had my fair share of going to countless salons , not being happy & even a few horror stories that would haunt any nail lover. Until I stumbled upon Secrets ! I've been going there religiously now for the past 5 years & I fully recommend it to anyone & everyone ! Amazing work , amazing people. Love love love :)

I walked in on Saturday and there were two men in there! They were very Rude and am not even hard to impress but they spoke in their own language and the guy turned to me and was very rudely asking «  do you want a pedicure or what? He had just said no and asked me to come back on Monday! This was around 5pm and they close later than that! They just didnt wanna help! I said it was very bad cx service and walked out! I WOULD DEF NOT RECOMMEND

Ok. Ok for a cheap walk in the 2 guys were nice however while I was there older Lady was treating herself to a mani-pedi prevacation, the woman doing her nails wasn't very nice to her. When she asked for gems the nail lady straight said no. She asked 3 x and nail lady refused and told her they won't last etc. Ive gotten gems Eden nails down the street and they lasted a week at the cottage idk why she wouldn't listen to the customer.

I usually had a decent experience here, it can be awkward at times and I think they seem a bit cold at times. My last visit was for a fill I had done at another place But decided to get a feel there because I live so close they were super fast pushy with the shellac with me too, and when it was all said and done the price was the same as the original price for the set at the other salon which doesn’t seem right to me

The rudest staff ever. - Every time i go there there always changing the prices. They say 20 and once you go pay its 40. - i want something done, they say no its not gonna work like that when I've had it done before. - extremely rude and unwelcoming. Especially the son If this wasn’t the closest salon near me id never step foot there DISCUSTING

Came to the salon. Looked very dirty and extremely unsanitary. The lady told me to come up to nail polishes and choose from the bottles of polishes, which is very difficult to do. Also people there were very rude and I instantly felt like I’m not welcomed. Overall looked very unprofessional and unsanitary, so I decided to go to another salon.

Horrible attitude, thy charged me an extra $5. I went in with my friend we got the exact same thing different colours and they continued to charge me extra $5. Then once I left they said to my friend black ppl want everything but don’t want to pay. My nail had a chip in it and they called me a liar. Terrible service and terrible attitude

I called to ask about coming in for a fill. Didn't bother going because the attitude I recieved over the phone was enough to know it wasn't a very welcoming environment. The man that answered the phone was extremely rude as if me bringing my business there was an inconvenience. I read the mixed reviews and see that it's not just me.

he cut the side of my finger while shaping my nails. broke one of my thumb nails when cutting for size and didn’t bother replacing it, just cut it shorter than what I asked for. nail lengths weren’t consistent and my acrylics look sloppy as well as the polish on my toes. first time there and won’t be returning unfortunately.

Got my nails and toe nails done here for my wedding. They did a wonderful job. I got a set of gel nails with airbrush art and was very happy. I also enjoyed that I got to watch old movies while there. When I had my nails done I watched all of Hook. And when I was getting my nails removed they were watching Irobot.

I felt like my daughter and I were an inconvenience. And they did not give us any direction (where to pick our colours, where to sit). My daughter's manicure peeled off within 2 days (all of her nails). For mine, 3 nails peeled off the next day. Colour selection was not very good either. Won't be going back.

I’ve been to many nail salons, and none of them compare to this amazing place. This small family owned buisiness is absolutely amazing, they are so talented and so friendly, they take their time and follow your requests. Thankyou john for my amazing nails! You never seem to not amaze me with your talent!

This is the only salon I will ever go to in Hamilton hands down!! It's family owned and they are so friendly and welcoming. They do almost everything for such a reasonable price!! Shoutout to Linda for always being so sweet and slaying my nails! Definitely recommend secrets for all your beauty needs !!

The staff here are so kind and accommodating! I didn’t feel rushed but instead they took their time with my pedicure to make sure the experience was relaxing and enjoyable. This salon is extremely clean and they practice good hygienic practices. Definitely a bonus. I will be back for sure!

I came in for an acrylic fill for the first time today and I can say, I was very satisfied with the end result. Everything was so even and perfect. And not to mention, they have amazing prices with very friendly workers! Will definitely be making this my regular salon. Thank you so much!

They did a great job for what I wanted for an awesome price, $35. No tax if you pay in cash! It starts off to be $20 and then it’s an extra $5 for shape, an extra $5 for colour, extra $5 for length, and for details is $3-$5 or more, depends on what you want. 5 stars!❤️

Used to be my favourite salon for manicures, pedicures and waxing, but they have really gone downhill. My last few visits the staff have all been extremely rude, rush through everything and just generally make you feel like you're inconveniencing them by being there.

Found the perfect place to get my nails done. The young guy there was very detailed and precise while working on my nails. I got the perfect set of bio gel with black and gold design today. I definitely will be back and I highly recommend this place!!!! :)

I have been getting manicures here for years now and it's never a disappointment. I always leave with a smile on my face. The staff are amazingly friendly and the prices are great. They also have a wonderful colour selection to choose from !
